I placed order Coronavirus Masks ($61.87) on 03/06. Co refused to cancel order next morning. Co lied and charged my card 3 days later. never got
I placed order for Coronavirus Protection Masks ($61.87) on 03/06/2020. I read really bad reviews on the same night about this company and asked cancel my order next morning, on 03/07 AM.
Company refused to cancel the order next day on 3/07 AM. The answer came for Hydie B (Hydie B.Leafy Clover Support, [email protected]): "I'm sorry to hear you want to cancel your order. However your order has already been sent for fulfillment, so we are no longer able to cancel it at this stage." It was a lie as the order was processed on 03/09, my card was charged on 3/09 (3 days later)!

On 4/10Hydie B emailed me (almost one month later) that order shipped, I have never received anything and I left NY at the end of March.

I asked to cancel next day, they refused, I left New York at the end of March, I have no idea if anything came or not. This is fake company, they use misery of people at difficult time, they must be in prison. Please help me to recover $61.87, this is not a small amount for me.

Do not order from this company I placed two orders at 2 different times ordered 3 mask at end of Feb. Then ordered 4 mask in March
April 4 shows the same tracking number on both orders but only 3 came. Which is not the mask they advertised on line. The mask has a burnt plastic smell to them the material they used like a rubbery foam the filter isnt a real filter just a plastic shell that looks like the filers used on the real mask. Still fighting to get money back from paypal on the second order contacted both leafy clover and pay pal that I wanted to cancel both orders 3 days after I ordered the second order. Leafy clover responded with order was already processed and to late to cancel orders. And still refuses to give money back on second order cause it shows delivered. Please check reviews on companys before ordering I thought it was legit because the advertised on facebook I was wrong.

This company has no website and no phone number. They have an email address from which they reply back saying the ordered is processed and too late for refund. However they never ship. So you can't get your product or money back. Fake company.

I want a full refund on my credit card.

I placed two orders on 3/1 and one on 3/2 for a total of 6 masks, with no delivery as of today. On 4/6/20 they stated I could not receive a refund.
I placed two orders on 3/1/20 (Order #LCXXXXX and #LCXXXXX) and one on 3/2/20 (Order #LCXXXXX). On 3/15/20 I sent an email requesting tracking information per the terms of their online guarantee. I sent several more Emails to them, requesting information about shipment of my purchases.

On 4/5/20, I requested a refund. They then stated I would not be receiving a refund since my orders were all sent to fulfillment.

Their website is now down.

I purchased 14 corona virus masks 2/24/20 and 2/28/20 for total of $219.64.
I never received masks. They quit responding and now can't find website.
I wrote the seller and did not receive a response. I tried to find them on their website and the company on their website and both are no longer there. They will never answer because it is a scam. I went to Revdex.com and the replies are "that this business has received a pattern of complaints concerning non delivery of products and consumers report they are not receiving items they have purchased online from this company". Originally when I emailed them a few weeks after the original order, on -Purchase dates of 2/24/20 and 2/28/20 -which I got directly from my original receipt, they emailed- back over a month ago- the response was "They are behind and don't know when they will be sent". Now when I try to contact, the site is gone and I cannot even email or contact them. At this point I then escalated this to a claim with Paypal.This $153.67 order was on 2-24-20. The ID # ***. I ordered a few more masks on 2/28/20 because I realized I hadn't ordered enough. This order was for $65.97 and it's transaction ID is #***. I told Paypal I wanted BOTH of these escalated to a claim.I just heard back from Paypal and they denied the claim in my favor because they said I received them on 4/1/20 and there was a legitimate USPS tracking #. I did NOT receive ANY masks in the mail and somehow they managed to get a legitimate USPS tracking #. I have been scammed out of a total of $219.64 which was the total of the 2 orders. I want my money refunded for the total of 14 corona-virus face masks I ordered.The name of the website is "leafyclover.com. On February 26, 2020 I ordered 6 coronavirus masks from Leafy Clover at a cost of $83.82. To date I have not received these masks.

On Feb. 26 2020 I ordered 6 coronavirus masks from Leafy Clover at a cost of $83.82 This was done from a Facebook ad and payed through ***. To date I have not received these masks. I have made numerious inquiries to both Leafy Clover and Northwestern Brands. I continue to get answers that my order is being packed, that it prepared to ship etc. None of these statements appear to be true. I either want the masks I ordered and payed for or a complete refund.

They finally sent six masks. They are cheap foam construction and provide very little protection if any. This company is dishonest and should be closed down. Not only is their product inferior but they continued to say they are being sent when it was not the truth. Terrible service and clearly usury on their pricing. Thank you for your help.

I ordered 2 products from this company on March 2nd via credit card. I have never received the product. I was told due to high demand that it would take longer than normal. I could understand the face masks but not the product for car scratches. I wrote them several emails. Also told they could not refund as it was already being processed. I've read reviews that others have had the same experience.

Basically a Ditto to other reviews below, Ordered, Email saying the order is being processed and shipped, after a week from that I request a tracking number and where to track from customer service, I get a "we are processing your order" reply.

One Significant thing, I made 2 orders thinking I would share with family. The email reply with the Thank you referenced "we at Keura", so I looked up Keura and found an EXACT website, an FB page with Multiple complaints of NO Delivery going back to Nov last year. Since the Leafy Clover .com website has died, I started sending my demands for refund to Keura customer service and have received the EXACT worded placating reply, and then info that my order has been sent to processing and so it cannot be refunded.

I paid through Paypal, which showed me that my payment was sent to: (numbers here that the Revdex.com site will not accept) Ontario Inc., (apparently DBA )(website) northwesternbrands.com(slash)contact

Surprise surprise, NO Reply from Northwestern brands, multiple requests.

After the Refund request reply (from Keura) , I just recently received an email from Leafy Clover saying my first order is being shipped with a tracking number (over a month since my order). The Shipper is La Poste, Located in France. So far the tracking number doesn't exist on La Poste.

I have 40 days waiting for my product (order *** face mask for coronavirus) and I do not get anything. I have not received my money back either (US$89).

I purchased 3 Coronavirus protection masks worth $47.90 from Leafy Clover on 29.02.20 and never received them.

I placed an order 2months ago and have not received it,I have emailed Several times and now can't fine the company now on line and no more replies
I ordered 5 face masks February 13th 2020, it hadn't shipped so I requested a refund and was told that was not possible ,then weeks later was told they were shipped , but haven't received them, now I can not reach the company by email or their website , they seem to have disappeared

I ordered from Leafy Clover on 2/26/2020, I had minimal communication on my order, it was pending shipment and no way to cancel it (3/7/2020)
I just got an email 4/8/2020 that my order is shipping. Not only is it for masks but they are coming from China. This should be restricted due to the coronavirus.

Refund my money, there were no complaints when I bought the masks and now they have an F rating, I guess I'm out $70. Contacted them 3/9/2020, 3/13/2020, 3/20/2020, 3/25/2020 and 4/6/2020 my first contact was asking where it was and then a refund.

Today, 4/22/2020 almost 2 months after I placed my order, it finally arrived. I should at least get some a refund as I've waited way beyond the guaranteed time to receive. I will never recommend this company.

Leafy Clover mask are made of foam, do not purchase. Not worth it. A scam!

Company is a "rip off". Don't buy from them. Items aren't shipped and no tracking info ever provided, even when they state packed and ready.
Company is a "rip off". Before the pandemic grew nation wide as it has, they put an advertisement on a news app showing a video of "military grade N95 washable masks. The price was in my opinion fair for the quality they promised. I placed an order under their company sub name Leafy Clover. I ordered 9 masks for a total of 125.73 or 13.97 each. when order was completed on March 4 2020 the invoice sent my email stated:

"Due to extremely high demand, certain items may take 1 to 3 weeks to process before shipping. We are selling out fast, and we are waiting for new inventory to arrive from our manufacturer. Rest assured we are rushing to get your order out the door!"

As of April 3, 2020 when I question the shipment. the answer is always the same. Your order is packed or being packed and ready to ship. Yet no tracking information can be provided.

They continued to entice purchasing more at a discounted price and offering additional discounts.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM OR LEAFY CLOVER!!!!!

This company is total trash. I ordered the mask on 2/26/20 but haven't received it yet(4/6/20 as of today). They don't even have a website.

Rest assured we are rushing to get your order out the door!" this is what they said when I ordered in February. I still haven't received it yet. The sale reps I talked were Mae R. Hydie B. I paid about 70 bucks.

Ordered their Corona Virus masks two months ago. Before pandemic. They have taken money but will not produce product.
When I contact customer service about refund or getting masks, they continue to say the product is packaged and they are waiting for delivery. Their responses are very generic and not well written.
I am just very disappointed that there are these sites on Instagram that can take your money and you never hear from them again unless you send an inquiry. These sites should be eliminated from this platform!!
