Paid for a welding mask wich I never received and never got my money back
On March 28 2019 I orderd a welding mask they said it would take 14 weeks to be made and delivered. Was in contact up until that point and then never heard a thing again it been a year now and there websites are shutdown and phones don't work I paid $246.65 us for this item and never received it or my money back

On November 30,2019 I ordered a hard hat from this company.
They said it would take a minimum of 10 weeks and charged me $210.00 Canadian to buy the hard hat. I should have received it by now. And I just learned they went out of business. I didn't receive the hat and now I'm out $210.00 Canadian and I'm wondering how I'm supposed to get my money back since I didn't receive the item I paid for??

Have Not Received My Hardhat!
Placed an order for hardhat on March 16th, 2019. It did not arrive as advertised. Was informed by email I would receive it before July. It never arrived. Then started getting auto response emails saying they were closed for holidays and business meetings. Now I can't even get those. Website appears to be shutdown as well. Would really like my hardhat or my money refunded ASAP! Coming up on a year of this!

Purchased in April 2019 and they collected payment and have been told it is on its way multiple times still no product.
Purchased a welding helmet in April 2019 online order. I was fine with the 12 week wait time they said. After that time went by I tried calling and no answer, the message said they were out to trade shows. I continued to call and finally got a person. They said my order was going to be complete by the end of the week "October" I have not been able to get a live person again since. Now they say they are closed and are going to fulfill orders that are out and if you have any issues leave a message. Well they don't give you a place to leave the message.... on the shipping app Arrive it has always said delivered from day one, but have never received.

On September 8, 2019 I place an order with legacy composites for a hard hat. Spent $210 and still have not received my order. Tried emailing them to get a refund and all I get is an auto response saying they are out of the office. I want my hard earned money back.

Ordered hard hat and welding good on September 27th, 2018 for $345.00. Order #2441. Was originally told to expect 10 weeks. Emailed the company the following December and was told the order would be completed in January of 2019. Months later after numerous emails I demanded a refund in July. Received a response that they were experiencing customer service issues and to bear with them. I replied stating I did not wish to wait and wanted a refund immediately. Have tried multiple times to contact since then with absolutely no luck. It has now been almost a ye as r and a half and I just want my hard earned money back. ordered products on Oct 3 2019 and payed for expedited service. it is now Jan 24 2020 and have not received products and business will not return call
I ordered two welding helmets with auto darken lenses on October 3rd 2019. At this time I was told it would be 10 weeks for delivery due to demand but there is an option to pay an extra $120 for expedited service to get my order within 3-5 weeks so I payed the extra amount for expedited service. After 5 weeks I began to call to check on the order only to continuously get voicemail or I would email them only to get an automatic response stating that they are either closed or temporarily down for server issues. I have been trying to contact them almost weekly and have yet to get a response from anybody regarding this order.
On January 9th I had a coworker in their area that stopped in to check on this order. They were told that the order was ready and would ship out on January 15th 2020. On the 15th I received an email stating that the order is being shipped and there is a link to track the shipment. When I use the tracking number to track my order it only says that a shipping label has been created but nothing has been actually shipped. This makes me think they did this to tide me over and to stop calling them.

Legacy composites took my money and didn't deliver my order.
I ordered a composite hard hat and extra suspension from legacy composites on January 25th 2019. It was over 200 dollars and I haven't recieved them or an email explaining why. I emailed them and only get an automatic response and phoning the place isn't working either. Now I read on the website that it's closed permanently

which after 24 hours never updated and on November 4 I contacted *** and they said that they never gotten a package with that tracking number on it and told me to try and contact the business which gave me the same response as before then completely ignored all requests of contact I have tried to make with them to resolve this issue

The resolution I want is to have my helmet in my hand to test and use before I go into the navy this coming April I mean i can understand if the company takes 6 months to make all this but not no 9 plus months honestly I just want my helmet at this point in time

I purchased a carbon fibre hard hat from Legacy Composites on 10th Aug 2019 and till date has yet to receive it.
I placed an order for a red carbon fibre hard hat - full brim (x1) from Legacy Composites on the 10th Aug 2019 and was aware that I need to wait up to 10 weeks for delivery and it has been 21 weeks now. I've send them an email (6th Dec 2019) but never got a reply and today (2nd Jan 2020) I tried to check my order on their website, only to find out their website is not available anymore. Paid CAD 210 with my visa card and the order number is 2934. My shipping address in the order is 4283 Express Lane, Suite 5610-355, Sarasota, Florida 34249 United States. That's because they don't deliver to our country.
