Paid for the product June 7 2019 and have not received the product . I cant get anyone to respond to my emails
Ordered hard hat welding helmut conbo on June 7 2019 order number 2856 paid $514.50 on my ***. Was quoted 10 week turnaround from time I ordered to delivery and it's now Dec 19 2019 and I have not recieved the product.
I cant get anyone at legacy to email me back or answer the phone so I am reaching out to you in Hope's that you can help me resolve this matter please.

Please deliver product I ordered or say that you cant I will accept a refund.

I ordered 2 composite welding hoods more than a year ago and have not received my order a $400.00 order.They have been emailed multiple times
I order the welding hood over a year ago. Yet to receive any thing. I was able to reach them on the phone and It was to be shipped in the next few weeks but knothing. The order was for a matte black and a gloss black welding hood a $400.00 usd order. Paid by Visa

I would either like a full refund or I would like to receive the welding hoods that were ordered

I ordered & paid in full for 2 welding helmets on 12/21/2018. To date I have received one. I can not get any reply when I will receive the second.
On December 21 2018 I ordered & paid in full by credit card for 2 welding helmets.
I was told it was a 12 week delivery time which would place delivery around March 2019. In April 2019 I started contacting Legacy about delivery. I was given numerous excuses as to when I would receive my order. This went on for several months, hundreds of phone calls & emails to which were never answered.
Finally in October 2019 I received one (1) of the helmets ordered & was told they would get the second one out to me. I'm still waiting.
Again, phone calls & emails go unanswered & no replies.
I call & email 10-20 a day.

Desired Outcome

I want the helmet I paid for 12 months ago or a full refund.

I ordered a helmet Feb 26 and still have not received it I got the tracking number sept 22 but *** still has bot received it
I ordered the helmet Feb 26 I was told it would take 10 to 14 weeks to make it wasn't until sept 22 I got my tracking info I waited until Oct 30 and called legacy composites and they said I I've received it on Oct 1 I called *** and they said they never shipped the package or received it my order number is

Ordered back in November of 2018 and coming up to a year now, can't get ahold of them what so ever. Terrible company I don't even know how these guys still have a business.

I ordered and payed for a welding helmet July 28/2019 been trying to get ahold of legacy composites for over a month by phone and email no response.
I ordered and payed for a welding helmet july 28/19 legacy composites will not answer any of my calls,voicemails or emails. I want my product shipped to me. They say delivery within 10 weeks and that is not the case.

I received a message from *** in sales in September 2019 stating they were sorry and would send the hat soon. I still have not received this item 10/25/2019. Nor is *** it anyone in the company returning my messages or phone calls. This hard hat cost me $175.00. At this point since they cannot produce the item I want my money back or $175.00

At this point since this company cannot make the hard hat, and it has been 10 months I would like my money back.

Ordered product April 11th 2019. Website states 10 week delivery time. Product still not received. Worst customer service ever. ***
I placed my order for a carbon fiber hardhat on April 11th of 2019. On Legacy Composites website it stated that their products are made per order and would be a 10 week lead time for delivery. In mid June of 2019 I contacted them via email that I had still not received my hard hat. They returned my email and stated they are very busy at this time and your hard hat would be delivered the 1st week of August 2019. The first week of August came and went so I started making phone calls. Finally a customer service woman named *** answered. *** had stated that they lost at least 200 orders and mine was getting ready to ship. I said thank you and I am just looking forward yo an extremely light hard hat. Another month went by so I called again and *** answered again stating on October 2nd my hard hat would ship out. To this day I have not received a tracking number and there has been no response to any of my emails since they informed me my hardhat would ship. The price of the hardhat with shipping was 165 U.S. dollars. Upon further review on *** I have found that they do this to consumers all the time and have done it for at least the past couple of years. My credit card company said it is to late to challenge the charge because of how old it is. I am left paying the bill, that I cannot challenge, and over six months later still have no product. I have emails from Legacy recognizing their horrible customer service which is great that they recognize it but there is no resolution. If you do a *** search snd look at the reviews you can see just how often they pull this. I have all emails from them saved as well.

At this point I would just like a 100 percent refund of my money. This company has been do hard to deal with even of I got the product it would be tough to wear.

Ordered a welding Helmet on March 31, 2019 and still have not received it. Trying to request a refund and no one is answering calls or messages.
I ordered a welding helmet and paid over $300 Canadian on March 31, 2019. They said it would take 10 weeks to make and mail the helmet to me. To this day I still have not received the helmet. I have attempted several phone calls and emails to the company and no one is responding. There are several complaints on their *** page of other people not receiving there helmets and having the same difficulties thet I am having. I want to request a full refund but I can't get through to anyone. They have taken my money and not delivered the product.

Company has not responded to any correspondence and has not sent any product. Order was placed eight months ago.
Legacy Composites says the lead time for the product I ordered is 14-16 weeks. It has now been 34 weeks and I have not received any product. I have tried to reach out multiple times with no response. I *** would like my money returned.

Placed an order for a product and order was never fulfilled and would like the product I've been waiting for.
Order was place on Nov. 27 2017 for a Green Carbon Fiber Welding Helmet - Pipeline Style - High Gloss and order #***. Amount for product was $196.35 USD and was paid by Visa through there website. Website states "All of our carbon fiber hard hat shells are made to order in Canada. Please allow a minimum of 10 weeks (Average is 14-16 weeks) for item to made and shipped." and I have sent countless emails well after there timeline for product being shipped and have been told it'll be sent in a couple weeks each time but was left at that and never received anything. On May 24 2019 a shipping label was created at Canada Post with tracking #*** but product was never delivered to Canada Post. Have sent emails and phone calls afterwards about my product status and was only given excuses to why they haven't been responding to customers. On Sept.18 2019 8:57AM, Pacific Time, I received a phone call from them stating my order was misplaced by employees and a new one was being sent to lens assembly and should get a new shipping label and product would have been shipped next day. Have been waiting since then and still haven't received any new shipping information.

Still nothing sent. Shipping label was May 24th but Canada Post never received my order.

I ordered a welding helmet February 2019 and have not received it, and the company will not reply.
I ordered(***) Carbon Fiber Welding Helmet - Pipeline Style Gloss Helmet on February 4th 2019 and was advised may take 14-16 weeks.

I emailed them on May 11th asking the status of the helmet and received an email back on May 13th and I was told "about 2-3 weeks away from having it completed" by *** in Sales.

On June 13, June 26, July 26 and August 20 I emailed again inquiring about the status and received no responses back. It's been over 33 weeks since I order my helmet and they will not reply to my contact attempts.

I want the helmet delivered now, and if that's not possible then a full refund asap.

Ordered 2 carbon fiber hard hat since 10 august 2018 for 346.50 usd. One year + later I never recieved anything.
I Ordered 2 carbon Fiber Hard hat - full brim with extra coat of high gloss clear with red pin for a total of 330 usd + tx. Paid by credit card. At the beginning they talk about 10 to 14 week of delay. so now its 57 week and its not the end.in november 2018 they said that my order is planned to be ship in december 2018. I ordered my hard hat 2/13/19. It is now 9/15/19. Legacy made shipping label but never sent item to be shipped. So basically it hasn't been made !
***. *** is sales Rep. Visa was payment method. $165 was the final price. Ordered hard hat 2/13/19. It's now 9/14/19. They made shipping label but never sent package to be shipped. First they told me that they had customs issues with the hard hat liners. Then later they said the high gloss was bad, then told me it got misplaced. Then told me it got left on a desk but it would be shipped the next day. And that was 7/19/19. After a month and half of not answering calls or emails they finally returned my emails. And that was 9/6/19 saying that they have internal issues with there company and my hard hat wasn't made yet but they will get me one by 9/16/19. All they do is lie and make up stories.

Ordered and paid $160 for a hardhat on September 9,2018. Have yet to receive product.
Purchase date sep 9, 18. Still have not recieved order. After numerous calls and emails. Was told on April 1, 19 that my order was shipped and sent a tracking number. 2 weeks later post office said no tracking number exists. ***, said that post office held a batch shipment they dropped off and tracking number would be updated by the following monday. Have not recieved product, tracking number.and no response from company since then. 7 weeks ago

Ordered a welding helmet on Dec 2018, and the expected ship date was delayed 3 times and 6 months later I still never received the order.
On December 21, 2018 online I ordered a carbon fiber welding helmet. Order #*** for $179. Payment was with visa card. Several times they have made excuses as to internal delays in shipping the order out. Now they will not return emails or phone calls. They need to refund my money they stole from me.

Ordered a hard hat in October 2018 and was informed a 10-14 week lead time. We are now at 7 months and no response. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company over the last three months and keep getting told it is in the warehouse getting assembled and should go out the following week. Still no shipping notice and no hard hat.

Filing a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Canada. This company is collecting money on product they are NOT shipping.

I ordered a hard hat 2nd week in December 2018 for 180.00 I have yet to receive my hard hat. Three weeks ago they said it was In Production.
We ordered the hard had 12/18 order number 2556 . We still have not received hard hat called several times sent emails. Now they are not accepting phone call or answering emails

Ii want the hard hat asap or a 100 % refund one or the other. I don't want to wait any longer.

We were experiencing issues with our servers. We were not recieving calls or emails. The issue has been resolved and the customer has been contacted. We had a delay with our suspension order because of the Easter holiday. Our products are hand made and made to order. When you pay you buy your spot in line. We are currently working on a 14-16 week lead time with is clearly stated on our website

I did receive a email and tracking number I will accept the answer when I receive my hard hat. I have read other complaints saying they to was given a tracking number but haven't received there item. So I waiting on the ups to felery the hard hat before I accept.
