Ordered a hard hat 6 months ago. I have never received it; they will not call me back or return my emails. Unfortunately, I will have to eat the money I gave this*** business.

Ordered 2 hardhats back in May of 2018. It is now December 2018. At this point they no longer respond to voicemail or email.

I purchased a hard hat from them 12/3/17 for $180.00 I have yet to receive the product. I have attempted several contacts with them via email and phone call. They have not returned our calls or answered our emails with any helpful information at all. Our order number is ***. we received the following tracking number with *** on 7/5/18 *** and this is dying a shipping label is printed but that's it. It never has gone to a shipped status. At this time we want our money back and need help

Product ordered December 2017, product paid for in full December 2017. NEVER RECEIVED product and no attempted contact was made by company.
Ordered a red carbon fiber hard hat-full brim on December 19, 2017. Received confirmation email of the order which included an order number (#***), email also said minimum 10 weeks for order to be made and shipped. Legacy composites drafted their payment for my order on December 19, 2017 in the amount of $190.00. Payment was made via *** card. It has been clearly over 10 weeks and I have not received any contact or update on my order. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago regarding my order and didn't receive any reply back. I try to call their customer service line and I get a answering machine. I emailed them a second time threatening to report them to Revdex.com and I finally get a reply back asking for the order number. This was on April 3rd, email was from Jessica. That was the last I heard from them. Again no reply after that email. I shouldn't have to wait this long for a product that has already been paid for. This product was purchased for my boyfriend who works in the construction business. I am not happy with the lack of customer service, lack of order status, and lack of delivery.

We ordered our hard hat back on June 9 and still have not received it. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my emails.

I ordered a carbon fiber hard hat, they billed my credit card, but never filled the order.
On August 29, 2017 I placed an order for a carbon fiber hard hat through their website.
The website said it would take at least 10 weeks, but 14 -16 weeks was more realistic due to volume of business, before they could make and ship the product.
I provided my credit card number to pay for the product, figuring they would process the charges when they completed the order. When I received my credit card statement, they had processed the charges right away.
I waited until Nov. 28, then sent them an email asking about the status of my order. I never received a reply.
On Dec. 20 I sent another email and called them directly to ask about the status of my order. I never spoke to anyone, got an answering machine, so I left a voicemail asking about my order. I haven't received any response from them to any of my emails or voice messages'
I have since contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge they processed.

I dont know if they even make hard hats but I never got mine and they wouldnt respond to emails or phone calls
