I place an order with the company on 6/20/from an Instagram advertisement I have never received the order Contact information provided on the website in invalid I have left numerous messages and voice messagesthere has been no return contact from the company They have charged my bank account $ I am thinking this is not a legit company and they are still advertising on Instagram

My grandmother got swindled by this siteShe thought it was a legit company and has recently really gotten into essential oils and wanted to get some diffuser necklaces as Christmas gifts She ordered back in October and it's now mid-December and she has neither received her items or been able to get ahold of anyone to see what is the matter She did call them once and get an answer but they had no record of her having made an order, and she said that she didn't even get a confirmation number! I'm writing this review to keep others from being scammed by these folksThey handle things extremely unprofessionally and all I've heard are bad reviews We're going to check her bank statements and make sure they only charged her once and are chalking this up to a learning experience, but this was all utter nonsense

days ago I submitted a multiple item order via the companys online store (https://theoilbox.co/) including a "prime shipping" option in which the items were supposed to be sent out in dayThe money was debited from my checking account within hoursI've tried contacting them on their website more than twice, have tried calling the number listed on their facebook page numerous times (which is the same number listed on Revdex.com, but this number just sends to a voicemail and my messages were not returned), and have sent messages to them through their facebook page twice- all attempts for contact with the company got no responseThe order confirmation/receipt from the "business" has no confirmation number on it and numerous people have been posting on their facebook page about how none of them are receiving their items, but the company is just deleting those messages/reviews so people keep buying from themSince I never received my items, and have tried to contact them and they d

I bought a product from The Oil Box on October 13, I emailed the company November 10, about not recieving my orderThey contacted me back November 17, about never having my informationI sent my confirmation and receipt emails, but I haven't heard back from them

I ordered necklaces from this company and the money was taken immediately from my accountThis was the beginning of August It is now the beginning of October and no necklaces I have emailed several times, I have made multiple phone calls and even inboxed the company via their facebook page and never got any replyI was also blocked from their webpage as well as my posts deleted from their wall

I ordered ONE (1) diffuser I was charged for SIX (6) They have not replied to my phone calls, voicemails nor emails

I ordered a necklace August 5th, I paid extra to have my order sent faster (move to the front of the line was the advertisement) I have still not received the diffuser necklace I ordered I have emailed different addresses I found I have tried to contact them through Facebook I left a review and have been blocked from liking or posting anything to their page I have called the number only to have it place me on hold then hang up I have no other recourse to get my money back

On December 3, I ordered three essential oil diffuser necklaces from The Oil Box in Pleasant Grove, UTI received the following confirmation, dated December 3, 2018: "Order number *** has been confirmed."
On December 10th, I received an email from the USPS, indicating "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:p.mon December 4, in Pleasant Grove UT This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing dateTracking number (could not be entered here because the Revdex.com site thought it was a credit card number)." In searching this USPS tracking number, we continue to receive the same message, STILL
