They blocked me from Facebook and tons of people were reporting the same problem and they didnt get their items ordered and the site was a scam FYI

The item I received was not the same item I purchased..the quality was extremely poorI reached out to customer service to get a refundThe phone number does not actaully comnect to any costumer service representativeIt either plays hold music for approximately seconds and then goes silent, or it goes directly to a generic voicemail boxI have called over times and left messagesI have emailed their email approximately or times as wellI receieved generic email (after my 3rd email) that did not address a single concernIt did not provide the name of a representative..it only stated how to print a return labelIt did not even discuss processing a refundI have posted complaints on the company's social media pages, and they spam my commentsPlease stop them from stealing anyone else's money

I also ordered the necklaces from The Oil Box and never received my order These necklaces are supposed to be gifts, I have called and left messages and emailed their customer service with no responseThe order was paid for but never received my necklaces

I never received an order that I placedThey charged me for itSent me a shipment notification email but when I track it, it only says that a label was created

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! stars is not an option otherwise that is what I would give Company is not providing what they claim to be selling Stainless steel does not rust I happened to have my hair up and my husband wanted to know what was wrong with my neck Turns out that I had been sweating and the chain rusted I contacted them via email and was told their return policy is days and given the link to purchase more products I did reply that I only wanted what I purchased and what they advertised Giving them the benefit of doubt that perhaps I just got a defective chain When all they wanted to do was sell me more products, I replied with why would I ever do business again with a company that doesn't stand behind their products I got no response Today I saw the same ad and the option to leave a comment or chat I was going to leave a comment Decided to give them another chance, perhaps I just got a bad agent Waited almost hours overall I was connected to "zendesk" twice with no reply only to be put back in que, every time being the first person in que Compared to the other complaints I've read here today, I feel lucky I will check my credit card for over and multiple charges If you haven't figured it out from everyone else's comments, Do not do business with this company! I will add this to the top as well in case people don't read this far

On 9/4/I ordered necklaces was an angel wings & was a turtle, I received an email stating it will take 3-days to leave tge warehouse then 7-business days for deliveryOn 10/17/I called the company and left a message with detailed information that I had yet to get my products and I gave them both confirmation numbersThey called back on 10/23/and told me the U.S.P.Shad delivered them on 9/5/I told them there is no way possible they were delivered in day from the time I ordered, she told me she would look into it and either call me back or email they did neitherI've called times since to no avail I paid $for each item one is a gift for my mother turtles remind her of her husband who passed away recently I just want my products

My grandmother got swindled by this siteShe thought it was a legit company and has recently really gotten into essential oils and wanted to get some diffuser necklaces as Christmas gifts
She ordered back in October and it's now mid-December and she has neither received her items or been able to get ahold of anyone to see what is the matter
She did call them once and get an answer but they had no record of her having made an order, and she said that she didn't even get a confirmation number!
I'm writing this review to keep others from being scammed by these folksThey handle things extremely unprofessionally and all I've heard are bad reviews
We're going to check her bank statements and make sure they only charged her once and are chalking this up to a learning experience, but this was all utter nonsense

I purchased a "mixed package" of necklaces from The Oil Box on 11/17/ They sent me a receipt and a confirmation with no information on it I went online and verified they did have my order correctly and they did take my money immediately On the 27th tree of life (all the exact same) arrived I e-mailed them, they said sorry, I asked for an got a return label the next day I shipped the wrong order back to them They claimed they would "send my correct order as soon as they received the merchandise" Per usps tracking; they received the package on December the 2nd I've e-mailed every other day, messaged via their website, messaged via their facebook page, left voice mail messages They have not responded once They have not sent me the merchandise I paid for They won't reply to messages of any sort All I'm asking them for is either the correct order or my money back
