If there was less than one star available I would be giving it So I ordered a necklace for a friend of mine, back on December 12th I knew it was a little late,but I figured what the heck As I'm checking out, there was an option to "move to the front of the line" for shipping since it was so close to the holiday, I was thinking yes this is great, I won't see her til December 29th it will definitely be in Oh boy was I wrong It is now December 27th and apparently my "order" is somewhere in Kentucky at a USPS location No one responds to emails, and their online customer service is a joke I finally got a hold of someone yesterday who claims that they were very busy during the holiday and that for my trouble she would refund the $shipping or whatever it was that they took out for They didn't even process my order to USPS until a week after I ordered it.....FRONT OF THE LINE....WHAT A CROCK!!! Customer Service basically told me yesterday that it is out of their hands now and that I should contact the USPS because they sent it out....how about follow up on orders that weren't delivered yet...NOPE I will never ever order from this company again, I hope people read these reviews and save themselves a huge headache Who knows when I'll actually get my package I have filed a missing package claim with USPS which I'm sure will hopefully bring me some closure to this whole mess

On June I ordered diffusers with Prime Shipping for a total of $When the package arrived it appeared to be totally damagedThe package was the six diffusers in their individual boxes all taped together into one package with clear wide tapeAll of the six diffusers were totally destroyed and in small piecesI contacted Oil Box on Jul and was advised via e-mail to make a claim with the post office In the email they stated that the insurance coverage was either or dollars There was no option for purchasing additional insurance on the purchase In the email they stated that they were having problems with USPS delivery but they took no precautions to protect the merchandise sentIn essence they basically want me to pay &for broken glassThey have no effort to resolve thisWe have attempted to resolve through our bank

The company double charged my bank card on 12/08/for I have called and emailed several times No one ever answers the phone, it always goes to voicemail No one ever returns my calls or responds to my emails

I was looking at the site on my phone considering to order.Only wanted diffuser.when we looked at our bank statement they said we had ordered , and I did not want to order the oils,they said I ordered 2.I called them and they said the order already shipped,all we can do is send them back and we have to pay return shipping.And to top it off, they put the orders in separate orders!!!So there goes the free shipping! Dumb As...thats how I feel..well see when and if these lamps even show up,after reading other reviews I feel pretty stupid!!!

On Saturday, March 3rd I see a lovely post on Facebook about an oil diffuser necklaceIt stated it cost $I click on the link provided to place an orderI get many other options except the one provided when I saw the advertisement on the Facebook news feed I finally picked one option which had necklaces for $(I thought was $8.95) so I thought I was getting a bargain!!! I wanted to proceed to checkout and payAll these different pop ups with different items and prices wouldn't allow me to continue to checkoutI had to choose from one and not allowed to go back or lose the original order I was now interested in for the necklaces at a cost of $Not knowing how to proceed I decided to not order anything at all and go back to browsing my Facebook when I get a confirmation thanking me for my orderWHAT ORDER?!?! I emailed them several times NO RESPONSEI called the 800# It goes straight to a voicemail NO RESPONSEIt is now Monday, March 5, they emailed me my order has shippedAre you kidding me? How many times I called left a message and emailed staring to cancel my order and refund my money ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Will never click on any of those Facebook links to order anything else THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I so wish I had read these reviews on Revdex.com before I got scammed as well! Do not I repeat do not order from this company! I was to receive one diffuser they charge me for my one +more! A total of $got charged my credit card for the six that I did not order! I have tried many attempts between Facebook instant messaging email, phone numbers have gotten very little response and no resolution! And the little bit of response I have gotten continues to ask me what my order number is and what email address was the order link to! I’ve given my email address many times with the answer that they have no order attached to it… I have no order number as there was absolutely no paperwork in the boxes that I received nor did I get a confirmation email that they had even been ordered originally! Please do not order from this company! It is a scam!

I ordered from The Oil box on Nov 29th on Nov 30th my card was charged for the order and I received an email confirmation of my order That is the last communication I have received from them I never received my products I have been trying to contact them for the last two weeks to no avail The company phone number goes to a loud recording telling you to press if you would like to speak to a representative and it either puts you on hold for long periods of time and then disconnects you or sends you directly to a voicemail message box for which it tells you to leave a detailed message I have made numerous calls and still nothingI have also sent a couple emails with no response and filled out their contact form online

I purchased their product thru facebook on oct.1, I have heard nothing from the company, although they did take the money from my account, I believe they are falsely advertising when if you pay the extra postage you will get it quicker still waiting I have called, still waiting for a responseis this legal for facebook***@comcast.net

I ordered a necklace from this company after seeing an advertisement on facebookThe ordering process is very unethical to say the leastAfter weaving through a sea of up sale items, and afraid to back out of the screen because it says "warning, X out of screen or using the back button may cause a double order" I had to keep trying to figure out how not to order at least more up sale itemsOnce I refused the last up sale, it simply said thank you!!?!?!
