potential clients would like to focus on for their program and a program that fits their needs is presented to them.  We have courses of varying lengths and focus and this is where price differences come in.  It is never our intent to place someone in a program they do not want or need.We educate our clients in regards to the terms and conditions of the program and they are educated that they have 3 days from the receipt of their materials to cancel.  It is during this time that they can review the physical materials as well as the online materials so they know what the program content is and then decide to stay with the program or cancel.Mr. [redacted] enrolled in the program on 9/21/2015 and his materials were delivered on 9/25/2015, giving him up until midnight of 9/29/2015 to cancel.  He had over a week to cancel and instead he chose to remain in the program and attend all 12 of his coaching sessions.  During the time in his program he did not express his dissatisfaction and his course ended in October of 2016.  We are sorry he is not happy with the program, but his program time has expired, we can extend his Resource Line coach access an additional 2 months to help him get back on track.Sincerely,Chad

I am rejecting this response because:  I did not receive any documentation stating a 3 day policy I did not receive all my welcome documentation that listed when my credit card would be charged until after that and I saw nothing about a 3 day policy.  I do not remember that during my 1.5 hour interview either the only thing I remember is them wanting to get my credit card inforamtion and charging me on the spot.  It's extremely deceptive and speaks volumes about the integrity of this program.  Being on a webinar with 20-30 people is not the coaching I expected also there is no additional 1 to 1 there's a "resource line" that you can phone in on and ask questions hardly what I would call "coaching".   And there was no place to get details or fine print about the program you had to wait for the welcome kit and other correspondence.  The promise of acquiring a property means nothing and my bigger focus initially was investing not real estate.  This program has to sneak in the 3 day no refund if they didn't I imagine many many more would want to drop the program and be refunded based on hundreds of reviews I read on line. Bottom line is I was not aware of this of having 3 days to change my find or now refund, for an 8K commitment I never would have signed up on the spot.  I don't want any part of the program and would like a refund for at least the real estate portion which I never participated in.

To Whom It May Concern:We have reviewed [redacted]'s complaint and we are very sorry to hear of her experience trying to contact a coach.  The customer service team did in fact take her call and created the Refund Request on 11/2/2015 and they attempted to call her back on 11/4/2015 and left a VM...

for her to confirm the cancellation has been created.As we have not been able to make contact with her we have moved forward with a full refund in accordance to our agreement with her.Sincerely,Chad C[redacted]

inconvenience has may have experienced, but we do show that a full refund was issued on 2/22/2016 back to the original card that he paid with.  As we have complied with the customer's demand we feel as though this complaint has been resolved in a satisfactory manner.Sincerely,Chad
