Our response was based on the customer’s desired outcome stated as:“Either a monetary reimbursement for the agreed compensation of the breach of contract or the loan amount lowered by that agreed compensation amount.”Our understanding is that agreeing to the desired monetary reimbursement of $if applicable upon review of the situation was sufficient for the original complaintSeems as though our understanding of the stated: “either” was not adequateWe now understand that you are only open to one resolution and will make that change if applicable after internal review

We are currently working with the ETO to arrange the customer's install timeWe will update the customer as soon as we have to come to a conclusion with the ETO and have specific details for the installTell us why here

We regret the misunderstanding this is the latest we have been informed of this situation:This loan was paid off weeks agoThe customer didn't recieve any assessment of interest of penalties at allShe may have spoken to a new representative at EnerBank and they didn't give the appropriate info because we called today and confirmed the loan was paid in full- VP of Sales for Legend Solar

It is Legend Solar's understanding that the items addressed in this complaint are based on confusion or misunderstanding between our representative and the customer and do not reflect our sales processLegend Solar strives to give customers a positive experience throughout the process of the sale and installationLegend Solar will refund, in full, any and all amounts paid to us by this customer

We have unfortunately been through a few rounds of layoffs recently and have not had as many resources for calling back customers. We are getting to everyone as quickly as we can while also working to ramp up again. We will definitely get in touch with you in the next week to get this taken care... of.Thanks!

because:At this point my system has not been installed. I would like to hold open the complaint until the install has occurred. I did speak through a messaging conversation after again, following up with them on Febas indicated by the business' reply. I have not received another weekly update as promised by the business as of 3/6/

We have recently been through three rounds of layoffs and have lost other employees making our resources much thinner than they have been in the pastWe are aware of your situation and have requested that the person that did the work would go back and fix the issueThat request has been
declinedWe are currently looking for another contractor that can come fix the issuePlease let us know if you have a desired contractor for the project and we will be happy to speak to them about a bid and coordinate getting everything fixedThank you and we are very sorry for the inconvenience

Our official response is and has been that we will use the resources we have to help *** receive access to the necessary programs capable of giving her more time to recoup her tax creditsThe aforementioned programs will solve and resolve this concernReimbursements for under performance of panels is done annually at least months after the customer has been installedWe will continue to reach out to ***

It is our understanding that a minor mistake made by the financing institution was swiftly rectifiedThis customer is being charged according to the exact figures on the original agreementWe stand behind the performance of the financing institution as they have done a wonderful job
dealing with hundreds of our customersWe apologize for the inconvenience caused

We are working with Green Sky on resolving this matter for the customerWe have had recent meetings with Green Sky and another scheduled for this weekWe hope to have this completely resolved very soon and will update the customer on the status of the loanThe loan will either be cancelled or
refunded
