Our response was based on the customer’s desired outcome stated as:“Either a...

monetary reimbursement for the agreed compensation of the breach of contract or the loan amount lowered by that agreed compensation amount.”Our understanding is that agreeing to the desired monetary reimbursement of $450 if applicable upon review of the situation was sufficient for the original complaint. Seems as though our understanding of the stated: “either”  was not adequate. We now understand that you are only open to one resolution and will make that change if applicable after internal review.

I am rejecting this response...

because:EnerBank has a process to cancel (or payoff?) the loan that takes some time. I am denying this response to keep the Revdex.com complaint open past the 7 days that I am given to give a response. I am still going through the process with EnerBank to close things out and do not feel comfortable with this compliant being closed until I have received confirmation from them that I am in the clear and I have no more business to complete with them or Legend Ventures/Solar.

Any expectation right now will have to be an estimation. That may not be the case a few weeks from now but right now that's the best we can do. We have a plan to ramp up again but it will take some time before we are at full speed. We have unfortunately been through a few rounds of layoffs recently and have not had as many resources for calling back customers. We are getting to everyone as quickly as we can while also working to ramp up again. We will definitely get in touch with you in the next week to get this taken care...

We regret the misunderstanding this is the latest we have been informed of this situation:This loan was paid off weeks ago. The customer didn't recieve any assessment of interest of penalties at all. She may have spoken to a new representative at EnerBank and they didn't give the appropriate info...

I am rejecting this response because:  This is the same empty promise I have received prior.  Legend Solar has made not effort to return a phone call or reach out to me and try and resolve the problem.  This problem has been ongoing now for over 3 months.
