Contracted with The Table Times 2/7/for publication in Surprise, AZ- Restaurants Today is August 3rd and I have yet to have the restaurants receive anythingI was sent a "copy" of one of the restaurants that we were promisedLooked goodI visited the restaurant that was listed on my "copy" and they have never seen this beforeRepeated telephone calls to 800.264.1104...100% voice messageWe will not give up in getting a full refund at any cost to our firm

In March 2017, *** *** *** paid for a one year advertisement to be placed at local restaurantsThe cost was $399, paid by credit cardI don't eat out very often, but while visiting *** *** ***, I asked about the missing table top adThe manager's assistant, ***, stated they never received any such adNext, I went to *** ***The owner, Peter Y**, also stated that they never got any such adThe third one I contacted was The *** *** * *** *** gave the same answads At that point, I tried continuously to call the Table Times-all numbers and extensioanyoneAll I've ever gotten is recordings, no live people everI have probably left about messages over the course of several monthsNone of my messages have ever been returnedThe other local restaurants are *** *** and *** *** ***

I had placed an ad with The Table Times - ignoring my gut reaction that it seemed a little sketchy based on the voicemail they'd left on my business cell (they basically garble the name of the company, and then tell you that they want to write an article about your business in order to get you to call backThey basically pretend to be a newspaper)When I called back, I got a pleasant agent named Michelle who told me the book had puzzles and games, and would be in three local restaurants that I was really intoI made a bit of a knee jerk reaction and decided to book an adWhen I went online to research the company a couple hours later, I read some very unsavory reviews on this company and alarm bells started to go off in my head, so I literally replied to the email I'd received, cancelling my orderI also called my representative back and cancelledShe asked me why I was cancelling, and I said that I just wanted toI noticed on Monday that the charge was still on my card (days

I paid $for advertising that does not seem to have been printed or distributed as promised; I contacted The Table Times four or five times--the first three times I was assured the publication was almost completed and I would receive my copies in my Post Office Box soon--the last two times, no response to my emails; I no longer have their phone number as this advertising was supposed to be done in 2017--I paid for it and waited for my copy that never came

On 3- I was called upon by a solicitor named Jefferson S*** from The Table Times in OregonAfter extensive talk he convinced me to sign up for there local in my area, table top in restaurant ads after I looked at his website and it was indeed legitI gave them a deposit of $and they said that I would be seeing my ad in First week of JulyI was told that I would have up to more days to pay the remainder of $but that they would contact me firstThey did not and drained my account and caused me to overdraw on checksI contacted them and they did not care one bitI have spoken to Crystal, Chelsea and Sarah the customer service managerAfter repeatedly telling me every two weeks that it was being printed it was notLast week on 9/4/at 12:I was told by Crystal that I would receive a full $refund after she spoke with the head manager who said to authorize a full refund but I didn'tSo I called on 9/5/to aske why I didn't receive a email confirmation a

Had one of your Business Consultants call in regards to Table Times, smooth talker made it sound interesting, we seemed interested at first but then when I wasn't willing to give our credit card right there and then during the conversation he got pushyGoing on about the great ratings, publications, excited-ness from our community, etcBut when I said I wasn't going to pay till I had spoke with some of the restaurants he seemed annoyedBut ok'd the delay in the confirmation of our adThen called the next day at 8am, giving me no time to contact any of the places on his listGot pushy again over the phoneFinally agreed to let me have till the afternoon to call around, and when I did I wasn't able to get through to any of the contacts on his list, and the one I did speak with wasn't a 100% sure about them either, but seeing as it wasn't costing the restaurant any money he said he had nothing to looseThen came on here saw other negative reviews and emailed him with our sorry but we are going to passHe called right away seeming to not know about my email - laughAnd ask why, explained all the reasons and that we had decided to give our money to the local kids instead - got all snooty and pretty much hang up on meDefinitely not very professionalSeems like a money grab to me

About year ago I was contacted by the table timesThey told me about this amazing booklet that would help advertise my business at some of the best restaurants in Abilene Texas They told me my advertisement would be on these table for yearI paid them over for pages of advertisementMonths went by and I hadn't seen the booklet outI called and they told me my year wouldn't start until the booksSo I waited again when I called again they told me they were behind and it would be out shortlyWeeks and months went by and being active duty air force and running a small business is very hecticAnyway just the other day I went to one of the restaurant on the list to do an estimate and I asked them if they had got those books inThe owner said no they have been waiting for a long timeSo then while eating lunch the other day I get a call from the table times asking me if I wanted to renew my contractI almost lost my mindI said are you serious? Not one business

I received a call from a customer service rep about a year ago notifying me of the opportunity to place an add in one of their table publications that would be placed in several area restaurants in my communityI purchased a $add and was told our non-profit would have front and back page visibility on each copy in each restaurant
I also was told the publications would be rolled out in the restaurants within 2-months after finalizing the add and the publications were printed
Here's the many challenges I had in the process:
1) Publications were late from the time stated
2) I received no finalized contract after payment
3) I had to call several times to finally get a sample of what the publication would look like and the specific restaurants they would be placed in
4) 5-months after promised publication and roll out I followed up with the specific restaurants I was most interested inOne of the main ones had no publications at all and no one there knew anything abo

The Table Times get used a lot here!customers seem to enjoy having something to read while they wait for their meal Many new customers pick it up right away thinking it's our menu.....but quite often read through it anyhow

I had a gentleman by the name of Eric call me and was VERY friendly....at first, however when I told him that we are not interested in the advertising and please place us on the "DO NOT CALL" list he said, "Umm no, have a good day" and hung up on meI found his phone number on our caller ID and I called back immediately to please put us on the "DO NOT CALL" list and he hung up on me yet againI called back again and he hung up...there after he called us back separate times to just hang up on me, not sure what the purpose was on that? This is THE most unprofessional marketing call I have EVER receivedPhone number called from 503-744-

Worst service I have ever dealt with, if you are seeing star ratings on here on ***, it's their employees posting it, this company takes your money and doesn't deliver on their promise, I bought cities, total 3k, I have requested a full refund and no one will call me back, they are so disorganized, the restaurants also stated they have no clue what this company is doing Sarah from customer service keeps telling me they have it all worked out now, it's all going to be ok, nothing has been taken care of, the owners of this poorly ran company do not even call you back The biggest red flags happened weeks ago when suddenly the phone numbers got disconnected, then new numbers were givenif I knew what I knew now, I would have ignored their callsThis company took my money and did not deliver on their contractthere are complaints on *** of the exact same problem I am having, they completely advertised in telling me I would be the only one on the front cover of ev

I paid for an ad in Table Times back in December that was to run in restaurants in their table top advertisements brochure for yr They sent me a copy of what it was to look like, and at the top it showed the name of one of the restaurants I have gone in all of the restaurants, some more than once Only of the even had any of the brochures on the tables, and neither had the long two-page article about me that was supposed to be in them, just a small business card ad about me of the restaurants said they were not working with Table Times anymore Once said they only sent enough copies for the tables, and customers take them The other restaurant that had them on the tables said they weren't working with Table Times anymore either So basically they lied to me about my long article, and about all restaurants working with them So I feel I deserve my money back since they did not live up to their contract with meThe man who sold me the contract would not

On Aug 23, I was sold a placement in their magazine to be placed in several establishments in St Charles MO I was told they had the industries best writers and graphic designers It has been a horrible experience and their writers are atrocious Ive requested my money be returned due to their dishonesty on what I was getting I was eventually told I would get money back if the publication was not printed within days of the initial agreement on Aug Ive sent and called over times and typically get no response Today I was given the run around and basically told someone would try to refund my money within 9-days They would not send me any confirmation for this and do not believe I will get my full $back
I want my money back and they can apply back to my original credit card.Upon researching their business, I see I am not the only one this company has been dishonest with

On April 12, I purchased an advertisement with The Table Times for $The contract said 90-day that it would take before printingI have complied with their schedule of sending in approvals for artwork etcwithin their requested timeIt is now November Nothing has been printedI've tried for the last months to contact themAt one point they just picked up the phone and hung upI've left numerous messages for them to return my phone callsI also have printed copies times and dates of each phone call which I have made to themNo one has reached out to me in any wayI would like a refund because I feel they are in breach of contract by not publishing in a timely manner

On July 19, 2016, I signed a contract with The Table Times for advertisementI fulfilled all requirements the company asked of me in a timely mannerThe Table Times was supposed to have the advertisement published and distributed within daysOn December 8, 2016, after days of waiting, I canceled my ad and requested a refundI was told that I would receive the refund within a few business daysThe days went on and I did not see a refund on my credit card so I sent another email on December 14, inquiring about the status of the refundI received an email back stating that the refund will be issued in a check which I should receive in a few business daysMore time went by without receiving the refund and so I called the company on December 20, I was told by the company that the refund had been overlooked and that it would be taken care of that dayThe company went on to say that it would call me right back to let me know what was going on, but I did not hear bac

This company is a scamI was taken for $
After calling this company several times its months later and never received any servicesTOTAL SCAM DO NOT become a victimThey claim the will place advertising on the table in the form of a menu and if you call the restaurant directly they do not have any contract with this company or ever heard of them

I was given information to trick me into agreeing for something via emailI do not wish to be signed up for thier advertising listThey are using the name of the company I work for to harass other companiesI have been called by other companies and been made aware of thisWhen I called table times to ask them to remove us from the list I was told they would not, and I would have to pursue legally if I wanted off the listI have been hung up on twice and they refuse to take my complaints

I have asked this advertising agency who "wants to write a story about our business" to stop contacting us times and they still call on a regular basisWhen they spoke to the co-owner of the business, my wife, they dismissed her as having any authority over advertising and that is her specialty within the businessAfter being brief with her, I was sent an executed contract that I didn't ask for and all I needed to do was "reply" to give approvalWhen asked who they work for and where they're located, they stop talking and clam up like the coward of a company they areThese predatory advertising practices are only used by the most incompetent of businesses and salespeopleDon't trust themDon't give them any financial information or they will charge youThey're desperate for business
