I agreed ad to advertise with Table Times in January as it seemed like a great marketing idea and something different in my community to promote my real estate business I cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails on the status and feel my payment should be refunded since they have not provided the service I paid for Initially I was advised it would be completed in months and in restaurants

Paid table times for ad from July2016-JulyNot a single printed ad has been found in any of the restaurants we were promised they would be inNONE of the managers or employees of the restaurants have seen themof the restaurants are now out of business, so that is obviously out of the question if they have them or not....We contacted additional advertisers on the sample we were sent, and they also have not seen any ads in any restaurants or heard anything from the publication as wellContacted table times, spoke with Sara, she deflected all questions with vague answers only to end up hanging up on me and not answering when I call backThis has happened times nowWhat a poorly run business, it seems they are more of a scam

I signed up to advertise my businessWas promised a copy of the publication as soon as it came outHad to call twice after much time had passed to finally receive a copy which looked more like "copy machine" qualityOr a "one off" rendition to satisfy my requestI have since visited of the establishments where I was told the publication would be on each tableThere were noneI spoke to the manager of one establishment and they had no knowledge of the Table Times publicationEven if it did exist in some form, I never received any calls and thus experienced no ROI

On May 17, I purchased advertising with the table timesThe fee was $for a large adI met all their deadlines for copy and approvalWe had to do the layout and text for them the work was so badI approved the design on July 12, The booklets have never appeared in the restaurants They won’t return callsI can’t get to a person I am not sure is this fails under contract breach, fraud, advertising issues or delivery of product

On a do not call list
told them this, they still keep calling me...I am contacting the FCC

On April 03, I placed an ad with The Table Times with the understanding that the ad would be printed and delivered to the restaurants within weeks unless there was any issues it could be up to daysAfter a month I called and spoke with a customer service representative and she said there was a problem with several people not getting their ads turned inWith that I waited until 07/31/and spoke with Sarah C***She assured me that the ad was going into printIt would be distributed within weeksOn 8/29/I called asking to speak with SarahI was told she was not in the officeThe ad would be out in three weeksI left a message to have her return my call (9:am) (10:am) Justin called me and said it was in process of being printed and it would be weeksOn 09/25/I called and spoke with SarahI told her that since it was past days I wanted a full refund within business days and cancel the adShe assured me that it would be taken care ofAfter

I signed up with The Table Times on November 6, when I was looking for a good local marketing strategyI thought their ad idea sounded enticing and a good way of appealing to local familiesAfter short and limited conversation about my ad around November 29, I emailed regarding some changes I wanted made and then waited to hear about the finalizing the ad and the release of the publicationI waitedAnd I waitedThey claimed on January 9, they had pending businesses and it would take 90-days from me signing up to solidify everything
So I waited moreOn March 22, I sent an email with questions with no responseThen, on April 6, I attempted contact againAfter several modes of attempted contact, they let me know via email that day the ads were being printed that week and they'd be sent out within another week
Another month passed and I finally got fed upI tried emailing on May 16, with no responseOn May 24, I called to get a refund and was told that the printer was down and they'd be giving a partial refund for the troubleI insisted I wanted a full refund because my trust was lost and I was told very shortly that "everyone else they'd worked with had been a lot more understanding of the issue"I finally was offered a refund today after months of having my money sit with them for no reasonI hope they come through to process my refundI would not recommend signing up

I contracted with The Table Times on January 30, to place an ad for my business in different restaurants in Wichita Falls, TXAs per the sales call I was guaranteed a 6-week timeframe from purchase to print to delivery in the restaurantsI called to inquire in April and again in June, asking for a delivery dateI received excuses and evasive communication both timesOn the call in June I spoke with manager Cher (who was evasive and combative) - I asked for a partial refundShe agreed, but never issued the refundFinally, on July 28, I received an email with alleged tracking numbers for shipments to restaurantsI paid for, and was contracted for, restaurants not On Thur 9/7/I personally walked into two of the restaurants and my ad was not posted nor available to restaurant clienteleWhen I asked management about the advertising one restaurant had no idea what I was asking about, and the other one was evasive and made excusesI called The Table Times on 9/7/

We contracted with Table Times back in December of who wasted no time in collecting their $They still have not provided ANY service that they said would be done in daysWe disputed with our credit card firm and Table Times responded with a lie they have provided servicesWe are currently seeking legal recourse to recoup our funds

This company called me and told me they were doing a table top advertising mini-magazine for restaurants in Loveland, Co They indicated that with my advertising my ad would be on all seven restaurants tables for one year I paid $to have my ad in specific restaurants in Loveland, Co
It has been three months since they were allegedly sent to the restaurants, only ONE out of the seven restaurants has the mini-magazines on their tables
They are not fulfilling their side of the contract

Eight months ago I received a sales call to advertise with the Table TimesI agreed to advertise with themI was prompted to pay immediately via credit card and to provide my written advertisement within a short period of time as they needed to get these items out for printingThe entire thing made me uncomfortable as it was pushy for me to pay and sign up so quicklyCommunication has been very little and I've been checking in with them every month and a half or soI have yet to see my advertisement out in public or to have received the promised proofI have emailed the company numerous times demanding a refund on my productThey have stopped returning my emailsI paid this company $on 6/16/and have not received the service I was paying forI have all my emails to show and prove the communication that has occured and their lack of follow thru

I contracted The Table Times to advertise in some of the local restaurants in Calhoun, GAI called the restaurants to verify and they stated they were contacted by TTT and were going to accept the booklets to distribute to their customersI completed my approval of my article for the booklet in March, and tried to contact the TTT for two months now with no return calls
I believe they have ripped me off and am willing to go to the Oregon authorities about fraud in the case of TTT

We signed a contract with The Table Times in October for a front page advertisementThe contract stated that the ads would be in the stated establishments "no later than days from date of the signed contract" At the day mark I personally went to stated establishments, none of which had advertisements and some of which had no clue what The Table Times business wasI contacted The Table Times and they stated they would be out in two weeksAgain I checked, again no ads, again The Table Times gave a later date; this happened times in totalAds were not out till mid-April (days post contract), and even then they were not in all the establishments promisedIn addition to breaking the contract the sales representative I was working with said we would receive an advertisement proof to approve prior to ads being deliveredWe received our proof April 10, and it wasn't at all what we wantedThey assured us to send them a new ad and it would be addressed and change

On July 27, is was contacted with an advertising opportunity A small bio about my company with photo's of my choosing would be included in table top advertising booklets in restaurants in my home town I was contacted days later and offered a larger spot at a discounted rate The first payment was $and the second payment was $ I completed my bio questionnaire and submitted artwork by Sept 7th I was to get a hard copy of exactly what was on the restaurants tables I have emailed and called numerous times only told that they hadn't finished printing the books, the other advertisers hadn't finished, the restaurants hadn't confirmed receipt, etc One excuse after another The last message I received on Dec 21st, was that the books were out for delivery to the restaurants and I should be getting my copy soon It is now Feb 10, and no one will return phone calls or emails and I have not yet received my copy / proof of what I paid so handsomely for

Our business was contacted in April, regarding advertising our artwork in the company's "table" advertising in other businessesThe offerings the company made in the beginning to obtain our business is NOT what is being implementedThe advertising size is not what was agreed upon, along with the purposed reach that was originally offered; both are factors that would have prevented us from doing business with Table TimesAfter months of no contact, we had to follow up on what is about to be printed in our name since nothing is being sent to us for approvalIn June, the company sent an image they pulled off our business website, containing tattoos or piercings - an image originally created for an 11xposter - The Table Times is proposing printing said poster on a business card (1xsection of said card)
After multiple attempts to reach this company and STOP them from advertising something we know is going to be too small and stands to hurt our company more than help, to

Tried to pass themselves off as the local "times" publication, and they just want to do a free feature piece on my businessWhen pressed HARD for proof of legitimacy, salesman finally gave up the table times website, showing this is nothing but an attempt to get me to advertise in his restaurant table advertisementsScam as suspected

Promised to send Boucher's to restaurants in my local areaPaid them $to get the front cover spotPaid them in December of with the Boucher to be published by 2/14/Last email was sent on 3/5/I have not received a response since thenI have sent emails, and phone calls with messagesNo one will call me back or respond

To anyone that might be considering Table Times, you would be better off giving your hard earned money to a charity As a result, you would feel good about your deficitThis outfit in my opinion is very deceptive and shadyWe were approached by these professional scammers with great ideasA small booklet that would go on the tables of our favorite restaurant in Lakewood, Colorado it is near our business that we frequent often We placed three separate ads with them in November of Table Times informed us that the booklets would be on the tables at Blue Sky restaurant in three to five weeks and at this point no tablets have been distributed as stipulated in the contract In addition, Table Times corporate has neglected to refund our money since they did not provide the service they offered in the contract that our business would be advertised at the Blue Sky restaurant We know this because we went to the restaurant and spoke with management only to find out there were never at time anything on their tables and never have been We have called Table Times at least ten times to resolve this problem and get a refundThey said they could give back a small portion as they did the artwork, and made the booklets To date we have not been provided a refund nor have they fulfilled their part of the contract Furthermore, they stated they had a few back up restaurants in our area they could use, but these were never discussed at the time of executing the contract on The contract was signed on the basis of our facility being advertised at Blue Sky They took $dollars from us with out providing the service we contracted for, which was advertisement at Blue Sky It is not a lot of money to some people, but its a lot to us It would cost us more to litigate the issue and more money Hopefully we can inform others and prevent them from being a victim to Table Times Furthermore, it is listed on Revdex.com that they have an A rating, which is deceptive considering their bad practice of not upholding their part of their contract In writing this review we hope that other business owners do not fall victim to Table Times, and you may review Table Times on Rip Off Report in which they are listed there as well with similar circumstances to ours it is pattern if you do your due diligence

Advertised for and most businesses didn't have any idea about Table Times and did not have ads on tablesbusiness had ad up in their store and waited over months for the delivery of more ads which never cameTheir own customer service manager (Rocky) admitted that last year was a fiasco and they needed improvementWe gave them a second chance for but once again the business owners said they aren't aware of Table TimesWe asked multiple times for a refund for the last years and we were treated rudely by both the customer service manager and the owner DaninaThey literally screamed at us claiming that we didn't even give them a chance to show their improvementDanina screamed like an immature child and hung up on usyear refund was given but we want both years fees back as they did not deliver with satisfaction their promise and admittedly they were in turmoil which prevented them from providing us with what we paid for

I was contacted by TTT for advertising I paid the initial fee $To startI found out shortly after that my beauty business ID is no longer activeI called to cancel the service a week later because I don't need advertisement for an inactive businessI was told I couldn't get a refund and that they would have to donate my money to charityThis is unfair because I don't need the service and don't want to donateEither way they won't give my money backI indicated that I would not be paying the rest of the fee and I was told "we're going to run the add anyway per contract and you will just go to collections" I was very upset about losing $for nothing and she wouldn't cancel itShe told me that even if I didn't do the questionnaire they would just make one up and still place the add based on the little information they already hadI told them if you want to advertise a non active business be my guest but I won't pay the remainderI was charged 6/for $unauthorized
