They will not stop calling I have asked nicely to please remove us from call list I confirmed our numbers have been on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH COMPANY EVER SM OF THE EARTH

I hired The Table Times to promote my business in restaurants using a card that the business is contracted to have on their tablesI stopped by of the restaurants to find that did not have the cards and one of the restaurants had a table ad but it featured a different business

Paid for an ad with the Table times in June of I was told in October of the ad booklets were being delivered to the restaurantsI've spoken with of the restaurant owners and they've never received the ad booklets nor heard of themOne business owner said he was actually contacted to advertise with them, sent a rough draft, told them he didn't like the ad, and never heard a responseI've emailed and called the corporate office several times and have no gotten a response

The table times told me they would advertise me being a realtor in a small booklet placed on the tables in popular restaurants in my areaI visited all these restaurants over months and noticed they had no such thingI inquired with managers and the restaurants have never heard of the table times and they never had "the table times" book in their restaurant

As of now, I am very disappointedThey were much later than days sending anything outThey completely botched the article that was supposed to be published on our companyThey butchered our logoThen they put our ad directly under one of our direct competitorsThe part that makes no sense it that they sent me my copy at the same time that they mailed them to the restaurantsTherefore, we didn't get a chance to fix it before it was sent out I still haven't seen a single copy on a tableI'm going to check around again today to see if any show upIf they don't get this fixed, I will be filing a formal complaint

This Company didn't deliver goods in the time specified on the contract and denied refund, the contract specifically states that they will deliver no later than days and today is days with no advertisements delivered and I've insisted on a refund and they are denying this, also Ive learned that if you payed for goods that you never got and it's passed days, then your credit card company can't help you refund money So I will never pay if goods that can't be delivered before credit card companies can no longer help!!

Took $from me and didn't print my ads or do anything of that nature

We are very dissatisfied with this organizationThey completely misrepresented what they offeredThere is an absolute lack of communicationMonths of waiting and no returned calls or emailsWe stopped by the locations to see if anything was out and said they never heard of the TTTThen, like others, we received a copy in the mail with no note or information and we find out they put our competition on the cover next to our article! After waiting several months for anything to be out anywhere, we see them on tables and instead of finding our article, we found a selection of completely different articles in a prime location they provided as a high traffic areaBuyer beware! Very disappointed

Paid upfront was told we would have thier books with our ad on them in locations in November last year, we still have not seen them nor will they answer a call or email to try and fix this issue, this seems like a scam to us at this point and I would like to warn others

I purchased an ad in July, I was told that it would be 60-days before the advertising would be on the tables at the restaurantsThe final approval for my ad was given in October, We are now six months out from purchase date I have made multiple attempts to contact them by phone and email and have received no responses I was personally in one of the restaurants that was supposed to be participating several weeks ago and there was no Tables Times on the tables

I paid $for advertising in a publication which was promised for delivery 90-days from November 1, No publication with my advertisement was every produced I have tried to contact the company via email and telephone and have had no response to either method

I was told by Table Times that I would get one year sponsorship (Single Ad, word feature article) in The Jefferson City Table Times featured at the following businesses in my area for $300: *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** and *** *** ***I had also approved artwork from their design department for an ad space to be included in the publication
Their email communication seemed professional and promptI knew all the restaurants and thought this sounded like a good way to promote our new businessIt was also stated in our email communications that ALL the establishments have CONTRACTED with Table Times for one year to hold the sponsorshipThe contract also states the duration of the sponsorship begins when the ad & article are delivered to the host, which The Table Times estimates to be approximately no later than days from date of the signed contractThat was 5/29/when we were charged $and

The sales people lied to me, customer service was horrible and they printed my ad without approval and it was not how I designed itThey said I was the only person in my field and they put my biggest competitor taking up half the page on my pageDo not use this companyDishonest!!!

I originally wanted their services and paid $by debit card over the phone Two days later I called and left a message Called again the next day and was able to speak with someone The confirmed I was within my day period to cancel my order They said a refund would be issued and could take up to business days for the refund It has been days and still have not received a refund I have called more than a dozen times and only had someone answer twice They said theyd check into it and call me right backthey never did I have not had my voice mails returned, and have had no responses to my emails either I am at a loss as to what to do
