I ordered several items 2 months ago and have received nothing. It took a month for them to supply a tracking number. When I track the items with the tracking number provided, it hasnt changed since originally given to me from saying "order ready to ship". I commented on one of their *** post with my issues (because they post several times a day and have lots of advertised posts they pay to spam people's pages) several other customers commented they were having the same problem. All of our comments were deleted, and I was blocked from commenting on any other posts or messaging them. Not sure what type of business they are trying to run by not delivering products, and not offering customer service to the gullible people who actually order. But they should be put out of business. DO NOT ORDER FROM LENNY LEMONS. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I placed an order on February 24,2020 and have yet to receive it. I know things are slower because of COVID so I sent an email on March 29 just asking for an update and didn’t receive a response. So on March 31 I sent another email stating I wanted an immediate response or a refund and still haven’t heard from them. My order was $67.25.

I am rejecting this response because: I finally received a personal email from the company yesterday stating that although my order was placed on February 24th, it is yet to ship, 7 1/2 weeks later. I know things are slower than normal right now but this is unacceptable. I was not offered a timeline of when it would ship or an option to cancel my order.

Poor quality and customer service! Worst online company I have ever dealt with EVER! Tried to cancel my order before it shipped and they told me they can’t. It’s been two months and I still have not received my whole order. They don’t respond to emails. The items that did arrive are completely cheap and poorly made. Garbage! Their website is very misleading. I would highly recommend to avoid this company!

I made two orders with this company on 2/29/2020. It is 3/18/2020 and I have only received one of the items. Each of the 8 items that I ordered are being shipped separately. As of 3 weeks after the order date, I have received one item, two are in transit, and the remaining five are STILL in "pre-shipment". I have serious doubts as to whether or not I will ever receive my full orders (a combined total of $97.92), but I guess that will be a waiting game. I contacted customer service about my concerns with the slow shipping- and even to try to cancel the portion of my order that has not been handed over to USPS yet, but was basically told they would do nothing because "all items had shipped". The item that I DID receive is such poor quality, that it feels like it would fall apart after being in the washing machine just one time. I was purchasing items for the baby I am expecting this summer. I contacted customer service again to ask about returning the item as their website lists a return policy, but no way to actually redeem it. After a lengthy back and forth online chat message where the person (?) I was talking to repeatedly dodged my question of how to return the item, they finally stopped responding to me altogether without providing me the information to return and get a refund. I was offered a replacement item, or a new item at no cost, or a 15% refund of what I paid, however, given what a nightmare this whole process has been (and reading all of these other complaints as well), I do not want anything further from this company- much less more cheap and TERRIBLE quality baby clothes. The item I received was not as advertised (not the fabric advertised) and was just terrible, terrible quality. I am clearly not going to be receiving return instructions or a refund and I think this is just the worst company in the world for taking advantage of moms who are just trying to clothe their kids. Feeling so stupid for falling for their social media marketing.

This is a terrible, scam of a company! I placed two orders 3 weeks ago and have received 1/8 items. 5 of the items have not even shipped. I have been denied refunds, and most recently, I have been denied the opportunity to return the item that I received for a refund. The customer service agent straight up stopped replying after I made it clear that I did not want a replacement or a 15% refund (is that a joke?) without returning the item. I wanted the full refund and the ability to return the item because it was SUCH POOR QUALITY. It would be funny how poor of quality if I had not spent as much money as I did. They are scammers, through and through. The company is not legitimate and I warn ANY one to stay FAR, FAR away from them. I have serious doubts that I will even receive the rest of the items that I ordered, and I am fairly positive that even if I do, the quality will be so poor I won't want to/be able to use them for my baby. So disappointing and such disgusting behavior by a company. I have learned my lesson! Never purchase online without doing extensive research. I only wish that I had checked this site for reviews first, since they are not on *** or *** reviews.

Do not buy from this website. Order never shipped after 40 days. After about a month I contacted customer service and was promised it would ship within the week. Of course it never did. I contacted customer service again after 40 days, saying I'd either like my shipping cost refunded or my order cancelled. They just cancelled the order. Obviously didn't want the sale that bad. Also customer service is very slow with their responses.
Don't fall for the cute clothes. You probably won't ever even get them anyway.

My experience with this company was terrible. My order still hadn’t shipped after 10 days and I used every method of contact given on their page to see what was going on. After no response, I decided to call relentlessly until someone finally picked up (the customer service number goes to voicemail). I requested a refund, to which the guy stated it was against company policy, when on the site it clearly states that refunds are accepted if item hasn’t shipped. I didn’t take no for an answer and read them their own policy to which I was told it was “outdated.” Yeah, ok buddy. Then reluctantly he offered a refund as a 1-time thing. He didn’t refund me the correct amount. Only the amount for the clothing, not the shipping, tax, delivery fee. I corrected him and had him refund me the rest as he laughed at me “oh, haha! Sorry about that.” Never again. Terrible. If you’ve been suckered in, make sure they refund you correctly.

I ordered 6 items from Lenny Lemons on 1/26/2020. I only received four of the items. Upon contacting the company via email and separately on Instagram I received conflicting information about the status of my orders. Unfortunately I still have not received my items on 3/25/2020. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and not gotten a direct response to that particular portion of my correspondence.

Ordered a clothing item. Item was delivered defective. Sent an email to company showing the defective item. Company emailed back stating they would send me a new item free of charge and they would send me a tracking number when one was received. This email was sent to me on 1/24/2020. I have since then emailed the company twice asking for the tracking information for the replacement item and the company has ignored both contact attempts from me. I have still not received the replacement item.

never received all items paid for. Contacted customer service 3 times with no answer

I ordered over $70 worth of kids clothing and have only received two items out of five. I can not get anyone to respond to my emails to help me. I have received notification that my items have been delivered when in fact they have not. I have gone back through my home security footage and there are no packages from Lenny Lemons on the dates these items were ‘delivered’. No one will contact me or respond to my requests from Lenny Lemons.

I am not convinced this company is legit. I ordered 4 items for my 4 month old for a family photoshoot on January 19. I received 1 of the items a week ago and haven’t gotten any of the others. Every time I check the tracking number, it says it’s in China. I have tried contacting Lenny Lemons multiple times with no response. The clothes will no longer fit my baby. I want a refund for all the items, but they won’t respond. I will not be buying from them again.

Horrible clothes not what expected. Did not receive all my order was very disappointed pictures make them look so much nicer. Do order from them very poor quality! Very disappointed!!!!!!!

Ordered a baby onesie on 12/2/19 and still have not received it. They sent me an email to review my product, I replied and said I have no product to review and want a refund. All they said back was they don't refund once its in transit and sent me the link to track the package that is still in "pre-shipment". Looks like it is still in China and the status has been in "pre shipment" with USPS since 12/8. Looks like I have to dispute this with my bank. Scam.

We don't process refund while order is still in transit and if it is within our promised time frame as most of the time, the tracking may not show the actual status yet and the package will still get delivered as promised. We have responded to the email saying we'll have to wait for a couple more days to a week hoping the courier will deliver the package as scheduled. If package gets lost in transit or never arrive as promised, we offer refund. We don't have any control over shipping delays or issues once packages are handed over to the courier service. At this point, we have already processed a refund on customer's behalf. Customer should have received a confirmation email.

Horrible and cheap products. Nothing like represented on their website. Their customer service took days to respond and doesn’t have a phone number. Plus they were exceptionally rude and charged me to return low quality and damaged items.
