Ordered 8 baby clothing items from this website that advertises to be an online boutique. My order total was $140.02. In reality they are just charging 90% price markup and ordering items directly from china to customer. I received 6 of the 8 items which were nothing as described that came from various places in china. Their customer service is insisting I received my full order & referring me to usps when its nothing to do with the mail service. They owe me at the very least $37. Its downright fraudulent, illegal and disgusting what they are doing to mothers.

I placed an order on 11/20, thinking this would be in plenty of time for a holiday delivery. No where on the order page did it say that items would be shipped from China, that they may take as long as 4-6 weeks, and that I could only cancel an order for up to 12 hrs. Nothing indicated any of this. When I began to realize that something was amiss, and tried to cancel my order, they would not allow it. I placed three separate orders, one arrived on time, one arrived after 5 weeks and the other after 7 weeks. The quality on all was poor, but the last had stitching mistakes and a stain. Per their policy, they will only allow a replacement of this item, not a refund. I no longer want any products from this company, and would like my money back.

I ordered 2 winter hats from this website on Black Friday, November 24th. There was no other option for me to choose but free shipping but I thought since I was allowing a full month before Christmas for my order to arrive, it shouldn't be a problem. WRONG. All of their merchandise comes from China, which I did not realize. It doesn't mention that fact when you place your order. I received an email saying that my order was ready for shipment on November 30th, with a USPS tracking number. Here we are, December 23rd, and my tracking number still shows that my order is in China. I have emailed this company twice (you can't call them because they don't list a phone number) and both times they responded that my order may be on the way and that the tracking doesn't always get updated. They did tell me it takes 3 to 4 weeks sometimes for orders to arrive but it is 4 weeks today and still no order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my niece and her baby. So annoyed that they will not receive it in time. I will never order anything from this website again.

AWFUL company to order from! Emails back and forth regarding an order I placed on November 15th saying my shipment has not made it to a USPS facility that scans shipments or shipments are not on normal time. This company has told me three different stories to why my package has not shipped (but says it has). I have looked at the shipment document they send you and still noting since the 18th. First they said 2-3 week, then 4 week, and then to remember it's a small business. Then they should say that instead of being misleading. I wish I would have read other reviews before making my purchase. I checked again today on my tracking number and still nothing. I think they send you the tracking number to make you think your package is on it's way but it's not. BE WARE!!! Do not purchase from this company.

This company is very misleading. A friend registered for a clothing item for her baby shower registry from here so I purchased it. I received a tracking number 2 days after I placed my order. I was surprised to check back 10 days later and see that the item still had not moved from the same place in CHINA. I emailed the company to ask why and they informed me that it takes up to 4 weeks to receive items and that this information is clearly spelled out on their website. After scanning the website, there is a very small "FAQ" link at the bottom of the page, but not visible anywhere when a customer goes to check out or pay. After several emails back and forth, the customer service representatives were adamant that the information was accessible, indicating that I should have read their policy. If you look at the website, the information is not accessible unless you go into the weeds of their pages. It is clearly intended to mislead. Who would want kids clothes 4-5 weeks later?
When the order finally did come in, it was very poor quality.

This is an on-line company, with no way of corresponding other than through live chat on their website. I had never ordered from them before, so I inquired about their refund policy, where they were located, etc., through live chat before ordering. They said they were located in Hawaii. After receiving the merchandise, it was not as described (that being all cotton) and the material was not a good quality. Everything was directly shipped from China. I contacted them through live chat on their website, asking to return the goods. I was told that I would have to wait for approval to return my order, along with the return address to send it to. I was starting to sense that something wasn't right. When I finally received approval for return, they also gave me an address to return it to, which was the same address that is listed on their returns/exchanges page. I sent the return back via *** with a tracking number. The package was sent to ***. *** made four (4) attempts on four (4) different days to deliver to that address, and there was no one at the address. The package is now being returned to the *** store where I had it sent from. I contacted Lenny Lemons through live chat to ask what was going on, and the contact person through live chat (always Yvonne), said that the package should go to the same address, but at Unit *. I was just told the week before to send my return to Unit 5, and their website, as of today, lists their return address as Unit *. For various reasons, I sense something is very wrong. The english, of the person on live chat, is broken and when I start to show my concern through live chat, i.e., suggesting that I will have to turn to other means of help by contacting the Revdex.com, live chat is disconnected. My total order was for $115.84 which was debited from my bank account on June 20, 2017 through stripe.com. I am looking for a credit in that amount, and a legitimate address to send the package to once the *** Store I sent it from has received it back and can resend.

I ordered multiple items of clothing from this company. The items I received were extremely poor quality. This sizing was extremely off from typically sizing of baby clothes. One outfit has different sizes for the shirt and pants, so can't be worn together. I contacted the company about two significant issues - one onsie had an eyelet falling out with exposed sharp metal edges, could have cut my son, or been a choking hazard had we not noticed it first. The second was a pair of pants with a large hole in them. After multiple attempts of contact, and sending photos, I received a response, and was refused a refund, unless I paid to have the items shipped back. This company is ripping people off, advertising as high end baby clothes and sending out a very low quality product directly from China.

I placed an order with Lenny Lemons through their website lennylemons.com on May 10, 2017. When I received the order confirmation email, it notified me that due to extremely high order volumes shipping may be delayed up to an additional week. Furthermore, I should expect processing to take 1-4 days and up to 20 days thereafter for delivery. Today is June 7, 2017, approximately 20 business days from the date of purchase and the USPS tracking number remains stagnant in China since 6/1. The business Lenny Lemons does have provide a contact number to call its customer support team. They only operate through email, live chat or social media outlets. I have been in email communication with an employee named Rhea. When I inquire about the shipping status, she replies by saying the item is still in transit and it will be arriving soon. No further details or resolution are given. At this point, I do not believe the item will ever be received and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will never order from this online business again.

I ordered two dresses from Lenny Lemons on Feb 27th,2017. I did not receive the order and the tracking number they gave me was not working. I emailed them a couple of times to see if I could get a working tracking number and they never gave me one. I then emailed them again on April 27th, 2017 to see if someone could tell me where my order was. I ordered these dresses for my wedding that was on May 5th, 2017. They said that the order was lost and that they had to resend it. I told them that was fine, but if I didn't receive it that I would want a refund. I never received the order and I have been emailing them because I would like a refund. I combined my bank account with my husband in April and closed my original account that I used to order with them. I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me and that it was up to me to contact my bank to receive a refund. I have not had any help with this. I still have not received a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:

a business should be able to make it as easy as possible to refund money to someone after they do not send the product. I do not agree with the fact that I am having to jump through hoops for months to get a refund. I believe that they should be able to mail a refund check like every other business in America.

I ordered a shark sleep sack from this company on 4/9/2017. When I received my confirmation, I received an email that said, "due to extremely high order volumes, delivery time can take up to an extra week." The tracking number said that the order was coming from China, and because the website claims "All items we feature in our shop are our personal favorites and have been hand selected by us and made by one of our trusted manufacturers overseas," I assumed the order was coming from the manufacturer for the company in China.

When the order took more than a month to arrive, though (eventually arriving on 5/11/17), I did some more research and realized that the item wasn't actually manufactured for the company but being purchased from China and resold. Many other websites had the exact same item for far less money.

Feeling duped, I pointed this out to the customer service team and requested a partial refund. The customer service representative who replied said, "Just to be honest, we have different suppliers in China and we ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping cost." Again this sounds like an attempt to claim that these products are being manufactured for Lenny Lemons.

I was told I could return the item for a refund. After waiting more than 30 days to find that the item was cheap, mass-produced item that could be purchased for as low as $6 elsewhere, the experience was incredibly disappointing, and I feel as if the company is misleading customers.

This company is incredibly misleading and holds terrible customer service. The clothing was shipped directly from China with NO identification that it was even from Lenny Lemons. It was cheap and the sizing was totally off. Then, once you discover this, they have a sketchy return policy, which is for you to "take a picture" of the item and they will replace it. When I asked for a shipping label to return and get my money back, they send me a label with just their US address in Utah...so I now have to pay for shipping!
I feel scammed by this company, what a COMPLETE waste of money.
