I read mixed reviews about Lenny Lemons, but I was fascinated with the designs on their website. I decided to order a dress for my 3 year old daughter and to my surprise it was better than I’d hoped! I loved the fabric and the fit is really nice. It’s become our favorite place to shop!

Poor quality children's clothing and awful customer service. The item I received was very different from what was pictured and advertised on the website. Colors, finishes, and materials were all off, and the quality and workmanship was terrible. Even with all of that, I had to pay to return the items, and am still waiting for my refund. This company is a joke, I received emails asking to write a review, submitted a one star review, but surprise, surprise, it never showed up on the website. This company is sketchy and unethical in every sense of the word.

I ordered from there over a month ago. I have not received my order nor will they return my emails or phone calls. BUYER BEWARE. Everything is done by phone messages and you can never talk to a real person. They are scammers. I only give them 1 star because it makes me.

I ordered 56 dollars worth of clothing. As of 7/26 I have not received it. They say it was delivered on the 23dr in Ohio. They will not help me track the location of the package or refund my money.They do not have a phone number and 3 of my emails have not gotten a response. I am debating on contacting an attorney and this seems like a scam. I see no reason they are not responsible for shipping my package to an address that is not mine.

I received a package of cheap baby clothes from Lenny Lemons in early May 2018, which I did not order. I checked my credit card and saw that Lenny Lemons had billed me approximately $800. I called *** and explained that this was a fraudulent charge, and they removed the charge and sent me a new card. I said that I had never ordered these clothes. I have no receipt for them and have never shopped with this cheap company, nor do I have a baby. We are currently disputing the charge with our bank. This is a fraudulent company.

I purchased 8 Items on April 20th in the amount of 164. When I received the items they were not what I ordered and were duplicates and wrong sizes. I tried to reach out to this company several times and they have not contacted me back

This business has opoor quality clothing, and very difficult to get refunds from. They also plagiarized many authors quotes on their clothing and social media pages.

I am rejecting this response because:a business should be able to make it as easy as possible to refund money to someone after they do not send the product. I do not agree with the fact that I am having to jump through hoops for months to get a refund. I believe that they should be able to mail a refund check like every other business in America.
