Bought an item a month ago now and still trying to get all my money back
if it would let me leave no stars I would, nothing but trouble, I bought an item that was "in stock" in their "live inventory system"and payed with a credit card instantly. after waiting a week with nothing from them, sent them an email, get an email back " we have had a rise in sales, thus more orders for the warehouse to process. They are working as fast as they can to get orders shipped out" and are supposedly shipping 24 hours a day and it could be 3 to 14 days (wish they stated that plainly in the auction like some of the other sellers did and I would have never bought it ), (also remember that length of time ) , so I start reading the feedback reviews on gunbroker, out of 320 something posted in the last month, 36 were bad ratings (more than a 10 percent negative feedback not including the Neutral feedbacks ,most of them listed a "cancelled by LG " order that showed in stock on their system when they bought it), so after 11 days , they cancelled the order and issued the first refund, for the wrong amount, I emailed them, they "made a mistake" and were issuing the rest, to with they kept a $10 cancellation fee. still trying to get my last $10 back for something I didnt cancel, they did

after they cancelled the order, I ordered the same set of reloading dies from *** on a Friday afternoon (5pm EST on 3rd of july )and HAD them in 4 days (the 7th with standard shipping) pretty bad when a MUCH larger company can process (got the *** tracking number in an hour and 32 minutes after my online order) , ship from further away from me and have delivered the same item in less than 1/2 of the time elapsed at the time of cancellation. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know to never deal with them

Wow I am obviously not the only one! Thank goodness. This is a fraudulent and predatory merchant; buyers beware! They will do everything to reject returns, even if you sent them the item back and they will outright steal from you. They were rude and threatened me for thousands of dollars if I disputed the charge on merchandise I don't even have. Hands down the worst buying experience I have ever had.

I ordered a week ago, BECAUSE there was FedEx 2 day shipping.... Only to discover they hold your order for a week (at least!! as mine still has not been shipped) Even though they send me a CONFIRMATION 4 days ago that it had indeed been SHIPPED. If I have to wait for over a week, and still waiting.. after being LURED in with 2 day shipping, there is no sense in even sending the order. BUT unfortunately the website is NOT USER friendly!!! So there is no way for me to email or contact anyone to cancel an order that still has not been filled. IF they are so "busy" they should inform customers of that BEFORE the order is placed!! They've had my money for a week now and have not done anything about it, except a computer generated "thanks"

Purchased an item from LG-Outdoors on Gunbroker on 04/01. Item showed as in stock, actually showed 4 in stock. Finally, after a couple emails, I was told the item was not is stock. Asked to be immediately refunded the $171 for the Sightmark Lopro Mini Combo. Well, to day is 04/14 and still no refund. Finally had to open a dispute with my bank. LG-Outdoors is blaming it on my bank and saying they issued the refund on 04/03 and it's the banks issue. I used to be an AVP at the bank in question. They don't take 11 days to post a refund. Can only guess someone on LG's side mis-keyed the account number, but they keep saying they did it correctly. Still I wait!!!!

I've done business with literally dozens of similar companies over the years/decades and I've never had this problem nor dealt with such terrible customer service in all those years.

I will never do business with LG-Outdoors again!!!!

Seller was indifferent, took forever to process my refund after getting Amazon involved, and then reduced the refund sales tax by 33%!
I placed an order through Amazon. I ordered the wrong item. I contacted the LG Outdoors directly to get return/refund information. Their customer service was indifferent and provided misinformation. I finally had to contact Amazon Customer Service for assistance. They contacted LG Outdoors. LG Outdoors then sent me an email with return instructions, which included a ridiculously short return period. I shipped the return at my expense. I didn't hear anything from them for weeks and resorted to further interaction with Amazon's customer service team. I received an email acknowledging a pending credit for my return 6 weeks after I returned item to LG Outdoors. The credit is 66 percent of the cost I paid. They even reduced the refund on the sales tax I paid. Not only is this poor customer service, it is clearly bad business practice. I have also notified Amazon of this.

Desired Outcome

An explanation of the refund reduction and a refund minus a REASONABLE restocking fee.

The customer *** placed an order with us through amazon. we shipped what was ordered on time to the address provided. The customer contacted us to return the item on 1/28/2020. That same day we issued the customer an rma via amazon email, as that is how amazon requires us to do it. The customer then contacted us again on 1/31/2020 for an rma again. we sent the rma again through amazon email. Apparently the customer *** had opted out from receiving emails from us according to amazon. We have attached the screen shots for you to view this. The customer then contacted us for a third time for the rma after they removed the block and we resent the rma for a third time on 1/31/2020. We issued the customer the appropriate refund according to our return/refund policy as stated on amazon once we got the item back. Our refund policy on amazon states that there is a 20% restocking fee and if the item had free shipping then an original shipping fee will be deducted from the return of 12.00. Here is a breakdown of the refund. item total 69.16 minus 20% restocking (13.83) minus the original shipping fee (12.00) equals a refund of 43.33. amazon is responsible for refund the associated amount of tax, as they handle all taxes associated with the sale. The customer was refunded 43.33.

We clearly state our restocking fee in out policy. Since we shipped you exactly what you ordered your return fell within our policy of keeping a restocking fee. This fee goes to cover the cost we incurred for process and shipping your order.

Worst company with the worst customer service. Agent SHELLY was horrible and sarcastic and so rude. This company is a fraud! They advertise FREE returns and then when you want to return its actually not a free return. And they charge a 20% restocking fee even though that is not stated anywhere until you want to return the item that they falsely advertised!

I received defective merchandise (fishing rod) and it cost me $34.86 to return ship it. Which will not be refunded. My $90.67 purchase resulted in only a $55.81 refund.

False advertising. Prices clearly marked and order placed. Then canceled by LG outdoors
I placed an order on their online store for 2 boxes of 500 rounds of ammo. 4 days later the order was inexplicably canceled and refunded. After reaching out to the company to determine why. they stated the items where priced incorrectly and I would not be receiving the items I purchased in good faith. I am asking the Revdex.com to step in and request a LG-outoors to honor the price listed like any brick and mortar store would do.

The ammo your ordered was listed wrong, and as soon as this was brought to our attention we immediately voided out your payment. Surly you know this had to be a listing error when you bought it. There is nowhere in the world you can buy 500 rounds of 223 Rem for $22.80.

Per our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you placed your order with us, we canceled your order and voided out your payment.

While I do understand that the price was listed incorrectly. That does not absolve a company from baiting customers to their website only to cancel the order without notice or explanation. When I received a receipt for the item we entered a legally binding agreement. That agreement was not fulfilled on the part of LG outdoors. I am once again stating that to resolve this complete my order as originally agreed upon. If not then I will be forced to seek an attorney.

"Content on the Sites: All information provided on the Sites is accurate at the time of publication."

"Order Cancellation fee: When you place an order with us it is a legal binding contract. You may not arbitrarily cancel your order with out approval from us and confirmation."

I only ask that they hold themselves to the same standards they hold their customers to and fulfill the "legally binding contract" we entered into when I place the order.
