Review: I purchased a Keratin treatment from Le Salon d'Art through Lifebooker. Keratin is a treatment for the hair. I did not know there were more than one treatments and the advertisement did not specified so. When I got to the salon, I was told I needed to pay additional $60.00 dolars if I wanted the one day wash. Otherwise, I was going to get the 4 days wash, which mean I would not be able to wash my hair for 4 days. I felt decived and decided to do neither. The day of the appointment, I called ahead of time the business to do the treatment, and let them know I was going to be late. I was late between 45 minutes to an hour. Since I did not had the treatment done, they refused to give me my money back claiming the salon had to pay the employee and I was late for the appointment. Lifebooker did not specify their Keratin required 4 days without washing the hair, and the business did not mentioned it when I booked the appointment nor the following few times we were on the phone prior to my arrival to the Salon. When I got there, there were no clients at the salon and there were no other clients when I left. At the Salon, as soon as I sat down, I felt pushed to pay additional $60.00 dollars to get the 24 hours Keratin. Hence, I declined to pay anything additional.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the unperformed service.

Review: I bought a deal on their site and I scheduled my appointment with the third party as noted. I was refused by the third party to honor my deal because it was used on the day of the expiration date. I didn't get my service done and complained to lifebooker. The representative who email me didn't care and explained that they can't do anything for me. I demanded a refund from lifebooker and they dropped my case without any solutions for me. I was scammed out of my money and haven't heard from them since.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for my purchase made immediately.
