Life shield promised to call back and has never done soI find it strangely odd, that this company never takes personal responsibility from anythingIt's clear from the complaints many have listed, they KNEW when I signed up for service that I wanted a camara that was for outside and STILL sent me an inside oneWhen trouble shooting I explained that I did not know my WiFi password and said I need my husband's helpNOBODY called me back, and yet the company still feels entitled to anythingClearly, lack of communication from the company has caused many issue'sFrom the rude reps, to the lack of support has made this issue to go onInstead of trying to find a solution to the issue, the person who responded decides to place sole blame on the customer yet, I have given an updated number in emails I have sent to the compantWhich I Wil gladly show, I tried to contact them

This is my 2nd complaint for this coThe problem with situation is their is no resolveThey promised a revolve months ago when I settled this dispute verbally and agreed to wait for a cellular based deviceThat was in DecemberSo now here we are coming up to April and no one will return my calls again and no resolveThey won't update my service, nor cancel my contract of which there end is not being met on the contactThey are not able to service my homeWe live in the country and cannot get anything but satelite internetWhich does not work with a wifi alarmWe were under the impression this was a cellular based alarm systemThat's the pricing and similar company's I was comparing before self installing this alarmThey need to cancel our contract since we cannot use the alarm in our homeI don't want another call of empty promises"Well upgrade you for 400.00, well call you right back ma'am with a solution." None of these have happenedThis company is a rip off and scamI want to be able to have an alarm again, but not with them.I want my contract canceled since they cannot hold up there end of itThey cannot service our homeIt has to be cancelled
