Outstanding service, polite and fast Send Mike next year for my service appointment, please

It has been very unsatisfactoryWe bought a swamp cooler April 2, When we went to attach cover for winter (that they supplied) it would not attach properlyI called and someone came out and fixed itVery niceNow March 2015, turned on water to unit and copper pipe is squirting all over the roofA lot of water, not a leakMy old cooler was plastic tubing and never busted like this Called about warranty and was told that the unit was covered but not the workmanship or installation?????They will come out for $and fix itWe spent more money on this cooler unit with the understanding that it would be low maintenanceNo more getting up on the roof to adjust floats, fix leaks, etcI was looking forward to at least 3/years without troubleNow I am up on the roof (after not even a year) fixing this problemThis may turn out to be a yearly fix? Feeling ripped off and misled wishing I never bought this unit from this companyWe only used it one season and already having problems with no support from companyStick with a regular swamp coolerThis company does not stand by their workIt should not be leaking after one season

I do not believe that our sales process is one of pressure and we leave many opportunities to cancel at a time when no company representative is in the homeOur paperwork is very thorough explaining exactly what the customers receive and
how to get out of the agreementAt the completion of the installation, Mrs*** seemed very satisfied with the transactionHowever because of the age of this customer and the possible financial hardship we will remove the product and refund her money

The tech was Ray H*** He called to give estimated arrival time, he arrived well within arrival time He was professional & accomplished the job in a reasonable time He also assisted with the installation of a new water filter in our refrigerator He was helpful in showing me how to use my own water tester so I can obtain readings on the quality of the water We have a water conditioner & he checked to see if it was working properly as well as tested the softness of the water The charge was exactly was estimatedIf possible, please let Ray know he left his kneeling pad & it is on our front patio*** & *** ***

I have been a loyal customerI have had the water softener and under sink water filter since I have been part of the service program since Unfortunately, I have decided to take my service elsewhere My calls go unanswered - the service manager's name changes every time I call and the office manager cannot be bothered to call me back eitherMy under sink water filter stopped working about four weeks after my service appointment in early September I called and after some discussion (because my three month appointment is in November) got an appointment October - my day off - to have someone come out and fix itThe day came and went with no service When I called Monday, I was informed there was no appointment made I asked to speak to the manager named Ruben who said he could have someone there Friday, October I told him it would have to be after 3, he said he'd make a note of it Friday came and when the service tech called to confirm, he told me he couldn't come after because it was his early day I called the office and spoke to Denae who said that Greg or maybe it was Gordon (I was given both names) was out of the office for lunch She took my message and assured me he would call me back No one has called me backI am not waiting anymoreI am replacing my system with another company I am very unhappy that a loyal customer would be treated this way If you notice, all the reviews are about the service techs and what a great job they have done They are trying to build up the good reviews while ignoring the terrible service from the office

Tony Gis a true professional He is always on time and provides superb service Lifetime is fortunate to have an employee of such high caliber

Jim was prompt and thorough He explained all the steps and options Gave me suggestions for when I purchase a new refrigerator and how to get service to hook up the correct water pressure line
