A manager of the company called me last Thursday on Oct20thHe promised he would get a service man to call me that day but no one called until FridayI spoke with the service man on Friday and scheduled an appointment for him to come out Today, Thursday, October 30thI warned him the machine is a mess and is still leaking into the green mushy pool around itHe said the head probably needs to be replaced, but I told him the whole thing might need to be replaced because the body is leaking tooNot the separate unit that is the salt container, but the actual filter of the machine is leakingI am still not happy after the conversation, and actions speak louder than wordsI will see how today goes and what repairs can be made and I will keep updating this complaint Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2014/11/03) */ Lifetime Solutions Called me Friday morning and scheduled an appointment with us on Saturday morningI spoke with [redacted] who was extremely understanding and accommodating going above and beyond to make sure that [redacted] would take care of us on SaturdayHe called to tell us we would be getting a brand new valve and filter, pretty much a brand new machineWe had forwarded photos of the old machine on Friday and he said it might be too bad to salvageHe installed the brand new machine and so far it works like a dreamHe cleaned up the sludge and mess from the other old machine and took everything awayHe was courteous and efficient and we are very happy with the new water softener! Thank you all so much for making amends and taking the extra time and patience to make sure a customer was happyI am very satisfied with the results and would like to withdraw my initial complaint

The customer service with this company is terribleI have had the system for years nowOnce a year, the system requires maintenance and filter changesThe first time I made an appointment, the technician did not show upI called the customer service representative and she stated that the technician was just running lateI called again about an hour later and she stated that they are insufficiently staffed and the technician would not be able to make it out that dayI wasted a vacation day from work waiting on the technicianI rescheduled the appointment and took another day off workThe day of the appointment I waited at home between the indicated hours of my appointmentThe technician once again did not showI called the customer service representative once again and she told me he would be an hour lateThe tech did finally show up and performed the maintenanceThe customer service representative stated that she was sorry for the inconvenience I told her that service like that is unacceptableShe offered us a discount on our next serviceOne year later I called and set up another maintenance appointmentI waited once again for the technicianHe did not show up with in the allotted time frameI called the representative once again and told her this is the same thing that happened last timeShe told me they would try and get ahold of himHe finally showed up, minutes lateThe rain soft water filtration system is goodI am happy with the productThey vender is terriblePoor customer service and high prices compared to other vendors

Martin was very professional and helpful in explaining how to flush the system I finally understand ThanksI look forward to having him as my service rep again

Martin came to my home to service my water purification system He called me in advance of my appointment, showed up on time and was very courteous He completed the inspection and servicing of my water system He answered questions, informed me of his findings and was professional throughout his visit
