This past Holiday weekend we had a problem with our system under our sinkIt stopped giving water from the fresh drinking water spout and from our refrigerator I called and left a message to see when we could get service Our service man, James Mfrom Victorville, CA was booked for the day but went above and beyond by stopping by our home on his way back to Victorville He was professional, courteous, and friendly He fixed the problem in no time My husband and I feel that this was exceptional customer service from the person
Tony G came to service my water siftener system today He was polite, helpful, ang great about explaining what he was doing especially since I had to have my carbon filters replaced He was very knowledgeable and hope my permanent replacement will do as good and thorough a job that he did
