I would so beg to differ with Mr*** *** on this matter, No one has said one thing to me in weeks from Second LifeI will seek legal help with this matter not only did they refund my own money back to my credit card which I have proof ofI had full permissions to use the account involved and have physical proof of these permissionsI did not violate any tos by uploading lindens off my own account and the person whom they allowed to lie on me is upset because I broke off a relationship with them and instead of them investigating the truth they went on assumptions, So I am glad I have all my logs on my computer of this matter

The consumer's Second Life account was terminated in July for repeated and egregious violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) (http://www.lindenlab.com/tos), after receiving several warnings and short-term suspensions where he was advised of the issues and offered the opportunity to amend his behaviorThis was addressed in his prior Revdex.com Complaint (#XXXXXXXX) and also via correspondence from our Legal departmentAt that time we investigated the consumer's claim that his account had been used by another party without his consent, and were unable to corroborate that claim
Our TOS states:
"We may terminate your Accounts for violation of this Agreement
*** Lab may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate this Agreement, along with any or all other Accounts held by you or otherwise related to you, as determined by *** Lab in its discretion, and your violation of this Agreement shall be deemed to apply to all such AccountsUpon termination of your Accounts, this Agreement between us will be automatically terminated and you may not re-subscribe or return to the Service through other or future Accounts you or others may set up."
The consumer has continued to create new accounts and login to Second Life, where he then verbally harasses one or more users including issuing threats of physical violence; he also contacts other users and shares information about said user to them with the clear intent to defame that individualSuch conduct is in clear violation of our Terms of Service, and as such we terminate those accounts when we discover them
All reports we receive of alleged wrongdoing by users of our service are investigated, and the appropriate action takenWe never disclose the action we take, not do we provide reasons for our actionsWe strive to apply the Terms of Service equally to all users; since the consumer was provided several warnings and short-term suspensions in the hopes that he would change his behavior, he should understand that we extend this same opportunity to others as well
If the consumer is concerned about his physical safety we encourage him to consult his local authorities for assistance

I have to object to the vagueness and disengenuousness of "*** ***" (not his real name)While they sent me a number of emails after I was banned, they never sent me any such "warnings" before hand, and neither these nonexistent warnings, nor the emails after I was banned ever specified what I was banned forThey simply stated that I was banned for a violating terms of service and no further communication will be sentThey never said what it was, nor when or where in SL the violating behavior occuredI want these questions answered which is why I initially contacted the Revdex.comFurthermore, they have failed to convert my L$ money to USD to send it to my bank or paypal accountThe amount on my account was well over $15,USD which is about $million hard earned *** dollars and am prepared to file criminal grand larceny charges against *** Lab if they persist in this farce
If they never told me what I did wrong, how am I able to either apologize or otherwise make amends for it? I dearly love using Second Life and have many valuable friends there, this separation has caused me significant emotional pain and sufferingIf they only told me exactly what I did wrong, including any chatlog evidence to support their claims, then that would be different, but they have not only not provided any evidence, they haven't even specified what the offense was, or where, or whenThat they would give Revdex.com such a vague and meaningless statement shows that *** Lab has nothing but scorn for the Revdex.com and consumers who use their serviceI hope the Revdex.com can get this resolved for me
On the day I was banned, someone was engaging in "griefing" against my account, spamming my account with hundreds of group invitations, making it impossible for me to use the service, and I logged offThe remaining griefing group invitations wound up in my email as offline notificationsAll I can surmise is that someone at *** Lab has erroneously thought that I was perpetrating this griefing rather than that I was the victim of this abuse
A friend has informed me that there are malicious lsl scripts that griefers use to harass people across SL with these sorts of abusive notifications, and are able to rename the objects with the names of avatars they want to cause trouble for so that others may mistakenly abuse report them for this harassmentI believe that I was the victim of this sort of impersonation abuse and request that someone with greater technical competency at *** Lab investigate this in order to get to the bottom of this situationI am willing to testify in any court, under truth detectors of any kind, that what I am saying is trueIf *** Lab has any shred of decency they will investigate thisI have no interest in violating the terms of service and have been a good resident of Second Life for over four years

They say they care about privacy but this reply from *** *** just shows the exact opposite*** *** and *** Lab only care about themselvesThere are even age play abuse reports against *** for having sex with a child appearing avatar named EricShia Resident
There is possible legal action as my First Amendment Rights of free speech were violatedI am an American citizen and there are things said, no matter how distasteful you find them ***, that you cannot do anything about it
Would *** Lab want to pay me millions of dollars because you violated my civil rights?
I expect a reply from *** *** on the DISCLOSURE OF AVATAR NAMES and REAL WORLD INFORMATION by *** *** cannot stay on topic with this complaint
