Dear Sir or Madam,
The statement by Mrs. [redacted] is plain and simple wrong. There have been no communications nor is [redacted] Lab, respectively their Legal Department or Team, responding to any of my E-Mails or Faxes. Their way of treating customers, accusing them of having violated Terms of Service and/or Community Standards is unbearable. I am requesting immediate replies by [redacted] Lab or any of their authorized employees, regarding the unfounded claims that they are bringing up against me. I have never and will never violate any of the above mentioned, simply because I am running a successful business there and have never had any complaints about my work, nor about my personal Customer Service. [redacted] Lab is responsible for my loss of income because they refuse to communicate with me in any form. I have already offered many times to cooperate with them to the full extent to resolve the situation but they simply ignore any of my attempts.
I am requesting all accounts that have been mentioned in my former complaint to be restored immediately!

your claims are contradicting my records. I have not received one single letter, fax, email or any other form of communication. You are coming up with an excuse to justify unjustifiable actions. Your behavior towards me is not acceptable. You have not provided any proof of the communications and their arrival nor have you, after I have given all necessary contact information, even tried to send communications using those. I repeat that I have never violated any Terms of Service nor Community Standards and I _DEMAND_ my accounts being re-activated as of Wednesday, August 26th.
As a small side note, it might be interesting that every single E-Mail, even E-Mails for created Tickets in the past, have arrived at my E-Mail Account as well as ddvertisement or any other communication with [redacted] Lab of which I have sufficient proof and am willing to contact my E-Mail Provider about this issue again because I have a written statement that no communication ever was blocked!

Hello,
As Ms. [redacted] was repeatedly informed, [redacted] Lab is required by applicable law to obtain, verify, and maintain information on certain customers' identification when such customers request redemption of funds from the company. Despite repeated requests from [redacted] Lab, Ms. [redacted] failed to provide such information for six (6) months.

Upon further investigation of Ms. [redacted]'s account, [redacted] Lab discovered severe violations of [redacted] Lab's Terms of Service. Accordingly, Ms. [redacted]'s account has been terminated and will not be reinstated.

The reason that this is unacceptable is because I indeed did respond with all information as requested and can provide proof of all of the above. In addition, the account was cancelled with no specific reason as to why. As you can see the trail here they cancelled the account and reopened the account when the Revdex.com was no longer involved. They continually close and reopen the account. Fortunately, I no longer want anything to do with their fraudulent services as evident here but I would like to seek compensation for the damages that this has cost me by [redacted] Lab over the course of the years. Being that I have spent upwards in the thousands of USD with no compensation and no resolution only to have my accounts and personal information both hacked and then closed with no specific information or resolution on any level. This company is operation from a point of fraud and has people believing that the investment that is made in [redacted] Lab is a credible one when in actuality [redacted] Lab at any moment can seize your items as well as accounts. I would like to protect consumers from investing in a company such as this. They have taken numerous amounts of documented money, private information and have also at point made unauthorized charges on my cards. They lie that they resolve the case to the Revdex.com only to reopen it and they have absolutely no protection for their consumers on any level. I would like to report this company for theft of service and strongly recommend that people think twice before paying for any services with this company on any level or purchasing in their. They will take your money as well as all your investments on a whim. This case has no resolution due to the faulty, and fraudulent practices of [redacted] Labs. All the required identity information was provided and verified and the case was closed. Only after the Revdex.com closed the case did they continue to harass me. At this point all I want to do is protect other consumers from a horrific and financially fraudulent experience such as this and if I can keep the case open I would like to.

Mr. [redacted] has a history of incorrectly contacting Support Live Chat for inworld abuse issues. We are not able to resolve abuse issues through Support Live chat, these issues need to be correctly reported through our abuse system. We will investigate these issues, and resolve them without follow up with the Second Life Resident who has reported them. This is to ensure the privacy for all residents involved. We have educated Mr. [redacted] as to the proper path to file abuse issues, but unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] continues to request resolution in Live Chat often with abusive language directed at the Support Agent attempting to assist him.
We realize that without any follow up, residents may feel that their issue was not addressed, but this does not mean the issue was not resolved. We are always aiming to improve our Support process, and we hope that Mr. [redacted] can understand and benefit from using the proper path for resolutions of any and all of his issues in Second Life.

If you did a proper review of my accounts, you would see that I did follow all established and instructed procedures.
The problem is, your company takes over three months to resolve abuse reports. The single automated e-mail is not enough to put customer minds at ease. You need to put in place a system where the user that filed the reports at least knows that the report has been seen by an actual person and is under review. Not just a robotic canned response.
I see no point in paying for "live chat support" services when that "support" is basically non existent.
I will accept your response on this, but only to close out this record and make it public so that others can see how your support system is a complete failure.

We can file abuse reports until we are blue in the face and nothing gets done. This chick is CLEARLY in violation of LL's Terms of Service Section 6.2, part iii and it seems like nothing is being done, when there's 18-19 videos of her on [redacted] SHOWING she's violated LL's ToS
NOW it has progress from [redacted] to STALKING. She messaged me this morning in-world talking about renting the house across the street. I was [redacted] and when I got to my computer and saw the message, I saw the parcel had been rented by a one properlyweird (VERY similar to the one name that was har[redacted]ing us early on, properweirdo)...I'm sorry but no, this is not acceptable. IF I have to I will file a complaint against Linden Labs with the California State Attorney General's Office for allowing this sort of behavior to continue by this individual.

And if you are claiming that I accessed someone's account without their permission, please provide the valid proofs. I appeal Linden Labs to investigate the case on the other party as well who is claiming that I accessed the account without their permission. You have no rights to close my accounts without providing valid proofs to me. I am going to appeal again and again because I know I did nothing wrong. The access was given to me by the account owner and after providing me the access that account owner called you guys to complaint and that was a trick played to close my accounts by that person. Please resolve the case as I have invested lot of money on my Secondlife accounts and I am planning to spend more money. I believe no business would like to customer who spends money for them. These accusations are totally false and without truth. I never once admitted such a thing to Linden labs. I would like the proof that they have to such allegations. The only thing that I ever admitted was allowing my boyfriend to use an account that I had not used on a regular basis in a long time. Which I admitted to them that I would not have done so had I known it was against Terms of service. I made no profit off of this what so ever. I simply gave it to him to use. There was no selling of any kind. Tell me the logic in selling an account, and then putting my own money into the same account by paying to have the avatar fixed up. And to then Partner said account. {Which in second life is the equivalent of marriage or commitment}.  
Once again, I have been in second life for so many years and have never had any problems. The lies that they are coming up with are outrageous. I again have invested over 25,000.00 USD dollars into this account. It is devastating to me to take a loss such as this based off of non fact.  I refuse to accept this as the end result when they are doing nothing but lying.
 
No warnings, they won’t even talk to you on the phone. They only give you 1000 characters to explain yourself, and nothing you say changes their mind. I feel like they do not even investigate any of this. You have to understand my frustrations. To me this is a very big loss. It is such a huge amount of money, it is like someone coming and just snatching your car up from you because you let someone borrow it.
I would like them to provide the proof that I admitted to selling anything.

After further review of Ms. [redacted]' Second Life account, we have confirmed that she participated in activities which are a violation of [redacted] Lab's Terms of Service. We have previously warned her (on more than one occasion) but, unfortunately, we have continued to see a pattern of this prohibited behavior.
Moreover, Ms. [redacted] erroneously asserts that Second Life permits minors to access pornographic content. [redacted] Lab controls access to mature content in accordance with applicable law. To the extent that Ms. [redacted] has a specific, legitimate complaint about inappropriate content, she should report such content through the proper channels provided within Second Life by [redacted] Lab.
Finally, Ms. [redacted] has sent harassing communications to [redacted] Lab's Chief Executive Officer and his family through social media channels. [redacted] Lab does not tolerate such harassment of its employees.
Due to the repetitive and harassing nature of this behavior, we are unable to allow Ms. [redacted] to continue using our Second Life service.

I did not violate any rules, YOU on the other hand have violated many laws of your own and of the United States, and yes I have went to many people whom the CEO knows because he isn't professional enough to come reply to me. I have only copy chats of a [redacted] taking MY RL information and giving it to others. I also have PROOF that he allows underage to see [redacted] on his website and does nothing to verify age. ANYONE can pick a year they were born when signing up. He does nothing to control this nor does anyone else that works at [redacted] LABS. I have INDEED called [redacted] Labs and NO ONE want to take responsibility for ANYTHING, as a matter of fact they say they aren't responsible for ANYTHING that happens IN WORLD.ALL I did was WARN people AND I filed abuse reports against [redacted] AEG KEARNY for taking an IP address and broadcasting it all over Second life. which if IM not mistaken is against TOS....yet IM banned and he is not..Interesting.
