Dont buy from them they are scammers ordered almost 2 months ago and still dont have my item. Contacted them and they just keep repeating themselves about how I'm going to receive it next week but nothing.

I will never order from this company again had to wait over a month for them to ship out a partial delivery and it's been two weeks and they keep on saying they're going to be sending the rest out and still no progress when I received one of the hoodies there was visible White stitching on a black hoodie also the strings on the hoodie we're not the same length one was way shorter than the other they're very unprofessional and they keep on giving the same excuses I honestly don't think they value their customers at all

Never buying from this site again. All the reviews are 150% TRUE!

I placed an order on March 8th as a birthday gift to myself. I’d seen the clothes advertised on Facebook and thought they were super cute and something I would get a lot of wear out of...I’ve reached out to the company at least 10 times since then for various different issues, only to get the same automated responses. Still haven’t received my items, can’t seem to get an live person on the phone and to the point of filing a dispute with my bank because I am now out $300 and don’t have anything to show for it.

I placed an order on March 1, 2019 with FlyPolar and never received a tracking number or anything. I contacted them on March 13th regarding my order and I was told it was a delay because it was sent to quality control. They told me that my order will be sent soon. NOTHING!!! I contacted them again asking for a refund and they gave me the run around again. Telling me that if I don’t receive my order this week I should have it next week.

Placed an order on 3/1 have spoken to numerous CS people on the website and have been told weekly that my items are finishing up production and I will have them in a week. Still no tracking number or items. Feel like I am being given the run around. If my items don’t arrive by next week then I will dispute the transaction with my bank. I’m doubt it is a legit company and the CS reps can’t spell. Think I have been scammed!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ITS BEEN A MONTH AND THE OUTFIT STILL HASN'T SHIPPED THEY GIVE THE SAME ANSWER EVERYTIME YOU CONTACT THE COMPANY AND NOTHING IS EVER DONE ON THEIR END SPENT $60 ON AN OUTFIT I STILL DONT HAVE I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHOP AT ANOTHER SITE ON A SCALE OF 1-10 THIS COMPANY GETS A NEGATIVE SCORE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ??????????

No STARS! They took their money from my bank account and it’s been a month and two weeks since they collected payment without even shipping my order! And I complained and they said oh sorry will ship it now. The I get a confirmation email and it’s says I only order I outfit! What! For 137$ I think NOT explained to them once again what is going on with my order and now they say oh it’s gonna be in production. It should have been in production a month ago. This really pisses me off. I would NOT SHOP HERE BEAWRE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR ITEMS. ITS A SCAM

Horrible, says 2-5 day turn around and allow up to ten days for shipment. I placed an order on February 12th and it's still saying unfulfilled as of March 6th. Got an email saying they will not cancel or refund once it's being printed and by then it's too late. Now I'm out $70 now that was a gift from my husband for valentine's day. Legit a scam company. At this rate maybe if I get lucky and it actually comes my husband can wrap it up as a Christmas gift.

Tried to support the business not to mention the merchandise looked nice, however I won’t be ordering from them going forward. It appears they can’t keep up with demands but instead of slowing order intake or simply being honest and up to date about timeframes, they just keep you waiting. Placed an order February 8 and it is now March 3. It will be hot outside before my winter apparel arrives. So unfortunate, seems like the have potential to be great I pray they don’t let money rule over customer service.

This company is a scam!!! They will take your money and never deliver your merch. Worst, worst, worst experinece with contacting them. Auto generated emails continually stating it would be shipped 24-48hrs later. That I couldnt get a refund because it finished production. But then another email would state it was still in production. Gramatically the way their emails are written makes me think this company is not in fact state side. Total joke scam

This company is some kind of scam. Been a month since I ordered and just now got a tracking number after contacting them several times. Last email I asked to cancel order and get a refund and they told me they have a no refund policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GARBAGE. They should get no stars fix this Revdex.com

This is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with! Do not order from them! It’s now been a month and a half and I still haven’t received my item!! I finally had to do a dispute with PayPal! They lied and gave PayPal a tracking number but all they did was create a USPS label and it’s still “awaiting shipment” SIX days later still says the same thing!!
They are such a fraudulent company! Took my money, won’t issue a refund and don’t have any product!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Placed an order on their online website at 9:30pm on 2/8/19. On 2/9/19 around 9am I contacted them through chat on their web site and asked for the order to be cancelled. They said they would forward the cancellation request to their accounting office and they would handle it on Monday. I received nothing from them on Monday (2/11/19) so contacted them again, this time through email and asked for validation that the order had been cancelled. They returned via email a statement that the order had already gone to production and a copy of their "shipping policy". I replied stating that I contacted them Saturday and was assured that it would be cancelled first thing Monday. They again replied, with their policy - which basically says all orders are final.
Today, ONE FULL WEEK LATER, I am now receiving a notification that the items are NOW in production. At this point in time it may take 2-5 days for printing and then an additional 7-10 days for shipping.
This company is horrible. They lied (saying they would cancel on Monday, and then again on Tuesday saying that the order had gone into production). They've already taken my money and have not yet even shipped the product. Their shipping policy is very misleading.
"Once you place an order, we will process your order. After you order has been process we will ship from our facility 2-3 business day. Once shipped:
U.S. Standard : 5-7 Business Days"
This implies that it will SHIP in 2-3 days after taking my money. Here we are 7 days later and it's not even through "production" yet.

I ordered ONE sweater from these people on Jan 22, 2019. After three weeks on 2/5, I went on their website to speak to what I presume is a CS person via chat room and they assured me that the product was finished and would be shipped that week and will be at the delivery address by end of week or the next and I should be getting an email with tracking. It is now 2/14, no tracking whatsoever and I doubt it was sent this week. I went back on the site and chatted with another CS person telling me that now the product was at the end of production and soon going to quality control. Again promised that I would get tracking in email.
Seriously, how hard is it to make ONE sweater? I used to work in custom retail and the LONGEST it took for anything to be made was three hours and that was stainless steel bottles because of the steel.

I placed an order on January 5, 2019. I’ve contacted them twice and both times I was told it was still in printing. Then it will move to quality, after the final check my order will be sent. I checked on the website and it is stated that the outfit I ordered is in stock. It is Feb. 8 and I haven’t recieved nothing from them. I asked for a refund but they say they don’t issue refunds. Then I was offered 10$. I told them I didn’t want it because I wouldn’t order nothing from them again. I’m glad I put it on my credit card because I can get a charge back. How a company based in America take this long to send something out? I could have ordered something from China. FYI to anybody reading this. DONOT buy anything from them. I never in life dealt with something like this. I order stuff all the time. Always always place orders with a credit card if you can. It is a lot easier to dispute the charge and you can get your money back. This company is worse than bottom feeders.

I ordered on December 22 with two day shipping and here is is a day shy of February and I still have yet to receive my order

My husband ordered me some Flypolar Clothing merchandise from the Flypolar website December 17th for a christmas gift & I haven't received a tracking number or any merchandise for order #*** tell this day......They promise 5 to 7 days delivery it's been a month & still haven't received anything very disappointed. They keep giving me the run around every week when I check on the website to see any updates on my order! They took my money with no problems but haven't sent my order as they say they the would.........I have repeatedly asked for my money back but they don't never want to discuss that subject.....There quick to say your order is pushed up to priority processing & keep saying it was getting sent out next week still haven't got a tracking number or any merchandise it'll be a month tomorrow this is seriously ridiculous.......They wrote saying I'll receive a $ 10 gift card due to my order being late I said no I don't want it.I have wrote to them every week since then & they keep saying the same thing next week next week still waiting on my merchandise not a happy customer!

I ordered my merchandise in October. Sent back to change size. I have emailed them because I never received. They emailed me back and said it takes 5-7 business days. Then it'll take another 2-3 business days to ship. I have still not received an answer. You cannot talk to anyone because they don't answer calls. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I EVER ENCOUNTERED. I emailed for the 10th time and have not received a reply. I'm starting to think they went out of business. I want somebody to contact me about my order. If I was able to give no stars they would have gotten that!!!! BAD COMPANY - BEWARE!!!!
