I ordered my jogging outfit on 11-26-18. I still have not received my order. I have emailed. left messages and talk to someone on FB messenger and still have not received my order. I simply just want a refund and I definitely will not be ordering from this company anymore. Horrible customer service.

I ordered my merchandise Nov 26th. I emailed them because I never received and confirmation number only a order number. They emailed me back and said it takes 5-7 business days or 7-10 business days during holidays or peak season for merchandise to be fufilled, not even shipped. Then it'll take another 2-3 business days to ship. Anyway I've waited and it has been well passed the 10 business days and u still have yet to receive my tracking info or even a email telling me what's going on with my order. I emailed for the 3rd time and have not received a reply. Im starting to think this website is a scam to take people's money. I want somebody to contact me about my order.

I ordered a sweat suit several weeks ago and I have not received my product and was never given any email or tracking #. I will not buy from them again and I would like my money back I don’t have some sorts resolution

I ordered two outfits on 9/22. Within a week one of the outfits arrived; it has now been over two months and despite practically begging for an eta I have been getting the run around through email and fb messenger. Ive been told everything from its busy season to you will receive tracking number soon. Ive even gotten fb messages saying someone would call me twice and that was a total lie. Order number 60512 this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Buyer beware

I had the pleasure ordering two times from flypolar and each Time I was very satisfied, with my items soon as I receivied my last items I jumped back on and order two more joggers.

I purchased from flypolar on 10/31/18. I have yet to recieve my order or better yet any shipping information. I have reached out multiple times only to recieve one reply stating my order was being processed. I'm very sceptical of this company as it forsnt take a month to ship a clothing order.

I have been ordering from fly polar over the last 2 years, before they expanded I had a bit of a rough time with them on my first order due to the fact that I'm sure they're probably wasn't many staff then or much room for production but over the last two years they've gotten bigger and they've been wonderful with all my orders since then they've also went well out of their way to correct the issues and most of them are very pleasant to deal with especially Bonnie by far she is the best coupl especially Bonnie by far she is the best customer service person I've ever dealt with not just wanna fly polar but in general, she is very helpful kind very well spoken and patient and even though I tend to come across not so polite sometimes she over looked that and instantly went to helping me with my order and future orders I will make. The company has been more than fair by compensating for the times I've had to send orders back because of postage fees they have given me discounts which I appreciate greatly because I don't have a lot of spare money I don't get clothes very often so I save up every couple months and usually get a pair of sweatpants or sweater from them because the closing is very comfortable very well fitting and I am 220 pounds and very embarrassed of my size and they help me feel a little bit more comfortable and that's obviously very important to me considering their logo his first love yourself so by having that tracksuit that makes me feel a little bit more comfortable and helped me a bit with self-confidence so it is very clear that they are meeting their mission.(fly) and the fact that they keep up to their brand standard is also wonderful it is also taught me that just because you have one bad experience doesn't mean they have to all be bad and not to just cut something out but instead reach out to the company and let them know what's going on because I might be able to help her fix something and if I wouldn't have went back after the first time (over somthing so small ) I would have been missing out because I wouldn't have a lot of the nice sweat suits I have now.
thank you fly polar & especially bonnie for being such a great help you've made me want to share my experiences with others in hopes that if something doesn't go right the first time somewhere give the company a chance and be polite to the person that's helping you especially if they're being polite and patient with you they are not there to take your bt they are there doing a job trying to help you as best they can for the most part there's always that one person but there's always that one person everywhere so be open minded if it doesn't go right the first time reach out and try again you might just be surprised at the help and support you get and the compensation for lost time waiting for an order or when you have to pay to send something back they generally almost always come and see you for those issues to me this brand covers all areas now that it has the staff and space and other things needed to have production and shipping run smoothly Rome wasn't built in a day neither is anything else so for this company It just took a little time to grow and Fleurish and bloom and it has. it started as a small seed and grew into somthing great rather quickly to .

I ordered a sweatshirt from FlyPolar and the only reason that this is not a 5-star review is because of the delay in shipping. I was not expecting the high quality sweatshirt I received because I had never ordered from this company. I always wash my clothing before I wear it and this looked better even after washing. The stitching and quality were amazing and heavy on both the t-shirt and sweatshirt. I will order from this again

Made an order on Oct 4, 2018. Sent an email on Oct 14 and got a reply next day saying just finally leaving production and should be sent "soon" and updates to follow. I make this review on Oct 21st and zero updates and zero replys. And as they stated takes "5-7 business days" and it's been at least maybe 10 and still no clothes or updates. And I'm very disappointed in their production time and response. And what is up with their number it all seems fake. The clothes seems awesome and a wonderful website design but the customer service is very horrible and the "production" time is crazy long. I'm not even sure if I'll get my order now.

on 10/04 I made a purchase of two jogging suits order. after the order was placed the money was immediately taken off my card. Right away I received a text with my order number and also stating that they will text me when order is shipped. on 10/09 I reached out via email asking the status of the order giving all necessary details. I then received a response two days later stating that they have up to 10 days to process order... here we are 12 days in and still I have not received so much as a shipping number. Issue for me is I ordered these things to go on a trip feeling like I would have enough time to receive it try it on and send it back if necessary and it doesn't look like I'm going to. Also The customer service is terrible, the least that can be done is a courtesy reach out if you are running behind or whatever. To make matters worse I placed another order days later unbeknownst that their fulfillment rate is the way that it is. Communication with your customer goes a long way, that would keep down a lot of negative reviews.

I have ordered a few times now from FlyPolar. The customer service was great when I was anxious to know when my order would be in my hands. ?? The quality of the clothing is durable and comfortable. Sizes are exactly what they say. I love FlyPolar and will be ordering more in the near future!

This is one of the best brand I have ever shopped with very good quality I really love they joggers the colors are amazing as well and the prices are the best

My first order from Flypolar and what a great experience. The reviews had me hesitant but I couldn't resist. I ordered on September 3 and received my order September 6! The quality was very comfortable and my sweats fit to my figure. Thank you Flypolar and people don't hesitate after reading reviews this is an awesome company with a great message.

This brand is about to change the game. I got my clothes in 5 days and super love the graphic tees! I placed my 2nd order and got it om 3 days. I use to shop Nike a lot but now I'm shop more with flypolar.

I placed an order August 20, 2018 I have yet to receive any thing I have called no answer left them tons of emails And nothing I have never had an issue with this company before and I just want my order I spent well over $70 but would discount it came to under 60 but I would still like my goddamn order

I would also like to knw that sense it was a$70 dollar order before the discount sense I then got a email saying anything over $70 would get free shirts outfit if I could get the one that matches the jacket I ordered??? In a large if I can
