I would be giving this company a zero star rating, but if you don't rate it doesn't bring the overall rating down and the high rating is what got me into this mess to begin with.
I checked the rating on here and it was high, so I ordered and found out later that there were a bunch of validated negative reviews describing the same problem I've had with this company. I ordered in November and the items were never shipped. I emailed asking for an estimated shipping date and didn't get a response, so I called. In fact, I called every day, multiple times a day for a week, but every single time it went to a recording that was not a voicemail so I couldn't leave a message.
I finally read experiences from others saying they never sent the merchandise, so I waited until the last processing day possible according to their holiday policy and when I didn't get an email with a shipping date, I called my bank, disputed the charges and emailed this company again letting them know and telling them to cancel the order. In response, I got a generically written email from them thanking me for my order and specifying the processing days for the holiday.
Well, first of all, I ordered in the end of November. Sure, it was a Christmas gift, but I ordered early enough to receive it before Christmas day. Secondly, they said the longest it could take for processing during holidays is 10 days and it was now past the 10th day so the email was blatantly ignoring their own policy as well as my previous emails in that same thread.
I emailed back and told them it was past the processing day and they need to cancel my order because I disputed the charges and I will not pay for Christmas gifts that don't come before Christmas. They never responded, but what I did get a few days later was a completely unrelated email on a new thread asking for verification for the payment so they could send my order. They asked for the following:
1. A screenshot of my online banking statement to verify the transaction
2. An image of my driver's license with the sensitive info blacked out.
3. A copy of a bill showing my name and address.
4. A contact phone number.
It said they were verifying because their company values the customer's trust and they want to prevent fraud. I was floored when I read that email. I replied with a play by play of the correspondence (or lack thereof) thus far and said no, I will not be verifying my purchase because it's already been disputed and I've asked them to cancel it 3 times.
I have not received any updates since. Quite frankly, I hope I never hear from them again, but it would have been nice to get some confirmation on cancelling the order.

I want to express how great these outfits were. I bought them for my six grand children. Every outfit was different in color and my grand kids were so happy. They all planned on wearing them the first day back to school. I just love this experience and now I have ordered one for their Mother. What a wonderful service Flypolar gives to us.

I would like to give a Big Thumbs up to Flypolar :) I order alot online and some times I have to wait a long time or the Clothing is not up to Par But Flypolar had our outfits here within 2 weeks and the Clothing is everything they said it would be . the Clothes fit perfect and I plan on ordering more from them . I Highly suggest this Company .

I ordered on 12/8. I received an email about 3 weeks later to verify that the $158.00 was deducted from my account. I did verify and as I sit here right now on 1/16, I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and received no response. This company is a scam and they need to be shut down. I am a single mother of two and do not have $158.00 to give away!!!!!

I made an order today, the pop ups kept saying I would receive 3 free item and receive 20% off with my coupon at purchase. The order DID NOT reflect!! I tried to contact the company via email, calling, and FB messenger with no response. I am not concerned I will NOT get my items and Not get my discount. I planned on ordering more items but this business does not seems reputable. I guess I will see what happens.

I ordered 4 outfits on December 1st and have yet to receive my order. I wrote them numerous times on *** messenger to ask why it was taking so long because these were Christmas presents and I was guaranteed they would be here before xmas. They told me that since it was during holiday season it would take 10 days at the most in production. So once my ten days were up I contacted them again on why my items still hadn’t been sent out. They told me if I didn’t get a tracking number within two days weeks to contact them again. So two days later nothing still. So I contacted them once again and I was told then which was over two weeks ago I my order finished production and would be sent out and have a tracking number in 24-48 hours. Well two weeks later and it still has not been sent out. Now when I contact them they will not answer me back. This is far to long to get your items and they are not from *** it’s USA so they should have been to me a long time ago considering I was guaranteed I would have them by Christmas! I wish I would of come on here before ordering now because I don’t have $130 to just throw away on people who want to just take your money! Don’t you think you would want to be a good company and send people there ordered instead of ripping them off? Numerous people have said the same as me so don’t order from this company!

I ordered two outfits from this Compant Dec 9th 2017. Website advertised it would arrive by Christmasif ordered by tge 12th. It is Dec 29th the package is still not here an the company will not answer their customer service number, *** chat an all emails will not deliver to the address they give on their website

I placed my order on their website on November 30th. It has been a little over 3 weeks and I have not receive my order. After two weeks went by I was concerned since I ordered the outfits as gifts for Christmas. I message them on Instagram and that's when they emailed me about verifying that the card I used was mine. That was the reason they claim was holding up my order. If that was the case, they should have contacted me, not wait for me to reach out to them. Once I sent them the verification I had to reach out to them again to make sure they received it since they did not rely to my email. They send me another email responding that to I will receive an email with my tracking number for my package with in 24-48 hours, which did not happen. Another week goes by and I questioning them through instagram what is going on with my order and the last responds I got is that they are trying to get my order to me before Christmas and when it ship I will get an email with my tracking number and at this time there is nothing else they can do for me. This was two days ago and it is now two days away from Christmas. I have no hope of having my order by then or even receiving it at all. I have read reviews on here and youtube and the comments and reviews are making me think that this company is scamming people.

I order and paid extra for the priority 2 day shipping and have yet to receive my merchandise. I have called and emailed but no one answers or replies to messages. I don't understand how you have business that does not give any human contact to its customers??? They are quick to claim your money for the product but not quick to help the customers. This place needs to be investigated. Why pay for or offer 2 day shipping if you not going to receive the product in 2 days????? I will praying that I get my clothes or my refund. I don't care what they terms say about not refunding. If I don't get my product then that voids terms as I paid to receive something but don't get it. I don't have money to just give to away!! PLEASE REVIEW THIS BUSINESS!! There are a lot of negative comments on their *** page.

I just Received my order and it's amazing! Super warm, comfortable, came on time, and I'm in love! I will be orderiing the rest of the family outfits as well!!

I love flypolar apparel! They have such cute clothes at great prices! They are definitely my favorite store now and it's the only store I've bought clothes from for myself in 6 months! They're awesome!! And so comfy!!

I certainly love the Flypolar product and design. I have purchased from the on-line retailer multiple times. The website is easy to manuever and navigate. Good quality, good pricing. Only issue I ran into was with an exchange. The merchandise never made it back to me, BUT..... A wonderful Flypolar associate named Marie remained helpful and without hassle remedied the situation with a gift card and was apologetic about the slip-up. I will most certainly continue to shop with Flypolar and I look forward to seeing whats coming next from their catalog.

This company’s customer care is so great and they respond quickly. The clothing is amazing and the company makes sure their Customer’s are satisfied and make it easy if making a mistake on an order they fix it... very satisfied with this amazing company
