We spoke the other day on the ice makerThis was initially purchased back in December and I do understand it was replaced in April through ***You had called asking about the sound on the unitYou were then refereed to the manufacture (***) and spoke with the
Supervisor *** on thisHe then stated the noise was on the unitYou then called back the retailer (us) looking to return the unitAt this point it goes from the actual purchase from DecemberWe only return items within daysAnd its strictly for buyers remorseAt this point you would need to work with *** on this matterThe option for return is not an optionThe item was cleared as not defective and the noise was on the unit through ***If you have any further questions please contact *** on the matter if you have any future issues on the itemTheir phone # is *** *** ***

The item was refused because it is dangerous, also after speaking to someone on the phone I expect the full refund I was supposed to have since the beginning I was told I would have a FULL refund, not partial Also, due to the month long run around, I am not in a position where I want to compromise and allow this company to profit off it

John at this point since we have already spoken with you on this already I am going to say the same thing that was said between you and the other repsInstructions were sent to you on how to ship this item backOn the returns it says do not ship the item back USPSSince you sent it
back through USPS and the item was refused due to damageAt this point you can take it up with local postal service on this order for damage claimsWe wouldn't be able to get a money back on a damaged itemI do apoloigze for any inconvience on this but since instructions were not followed a refund can not be done on the items

I am rejecting this response because:It is a simple thing I'm asking, just to have a carrier (UPS or FedEx) come to our office and pick up the merchandise, I accept that I have to pay for the shipping But since this business doesn't like that arrangement, how about I arrange for the carrier and they pay for it? All I'm asking for is the simple thing called "customer service" which apparently has gone out of style
