I am rejecting this response because: I sent the banking statement to the email that was provided below and will wait to hear from them before I make a decision because they aren't off the hook as of yet. I have one more payment with them before I'm happy.

Loan Science has made several attempts to locate a specific consumer whose relationship we service by contacting [redacted]. After review of those attempts we have concluded that two of our agents did not follow appropriate procedures, resulting in continued calls to [redacted].  We have also...

placed a "Do Not Call" status on [redacted]'s phone number to prevent further phone calls. We sincerely apologize for our error and regret her experience was less than satisfactory. Loan Science provides default prevention services free of charge to former students of National American University. Related to those services, Loan Science placed two phone calls to [redacted] at [redacted]: one on 4/12/2016 and one on 4/13/2016. Loan Science did not speak with Ms. [redacted] on...

either call, nor was a message left on either call. Six minutes after our call on 4/13/2016, a person representing herself as Ms. [redacted] called inbound to Loan Science refusing to verify her identity and requesting she be placed on a Do Not Call list. Loan Science immediately placed a Do Not Call status on phone number [redacted] which will prevent any more attempts to call that number.On April 14, Loan Science received notification from Revdex.com of this complaint. In response to Ms. [redacted]’s desired settlement, Loan Science has placed a Cease and Desist code on her account which will prevent any more attempts by Loan Science to contact her by any means.Loan Science provides free services to borrowers of federal student loans, helping them to manage those loans as effectively as the borrowers’ circumstances permit. We stand ready to educate Ms. [redacted] on options that are available to her; and to help her find the choice that is the best fit for her if she decides contacts us for help with her federal student loans.
