It was unbelievable how fast and efficient my loan financed. It was painless experience working with Ryan. With the other guys, my home refinance process started over a year ago; for one reason or another the loan was cancelled. I suddenly recalled that Paramount refinanced me five or six years ago and was just as efficient. I remember thinking back how smooth the process went and wondered if I still had a business card. Paramount Equity Mortgage has shown itself to be an EXCELLENT company to deal with. Ryan G, senior sales associate, was very helpful and informative and gave me the mortgage refinance option I needed at the right savings and conditions, without hassles, and in great time. He and his loan processor, Brooke, were totally accessible and professional. Even after the loan closed, Ryan continued to be available to answer any questions I had.

I read several of the customer reviews. It made me wonder if the negative reviews were on the same Paramount Equity Mortgage company I closed with for a VA refinance on July 3, 2017. It doesn't sound like the same company with whom I had a very positive experience. Let me explain. I sent the following letter to vice president Josh H. "I am writing to make you aware of the Brian G outstanding job in picking up the loose ends and completing the application and securing refinancing for my wife, Jerrie, and my application for a VA cash out loan through Paramount Equity Mortgage. What is unique about our experience is that I had started a refinance application with a lender in a different state and decided to change lenders to Paramount Equity. I was so impressed with the reception I received at Paramount. I later learned that the loan officer I had started with had left after turning our account over to Brian G and his loan processor, Monica R.
Even entering the process at mid-stream, Brian developed a strong relationship with me and continued the application process uninterrupted. I can not think of a single thing I would have had them do differently. I feel I developed a friendship with Brian and with Monica and always received their personal attention. If I may say so, I think you run a great organization where customers feel that they are enthusiastically welcomed in a very competitive industry.
