We are in touch with customer and getting his work done for his website its a custom work it will take time and this has been explained to customer

This company is a pure rip off! They took our money and promised to complete a wed design page for us and after six months of getting no where with them we asked for our money back, which they said we could at anytimeWhen we tried to get our money back they gave us the run around for several weeks We eventually had to hire a lawyer and are currently in the process of filing a case against them Please save yourself the headache and time and do not do business with them!!!!!!!

we we are well aware of this issue we are willing to work with her but we do custom design work and customer feedback is importantWe cannot refund her as our merchant has be closed on which she has made the paymentBut we can work on same project or any other project for the same amountAll

if customer wants new services they have to pay according to the service charge we cannot do it for free, customer needs to understand this

We have took care of the complaint from this customer and he all good now.. there was some understanding about the process..

We have explain you many times about your refund that we cannot process it as our merchant has changed on which we charged you. you may use this same amount for some other services.

They never refunded a dime. What they said was, they would not refund us any money because the merchant they were working with closed. That is contrary to the agreement. Regarding their service, they did not provide any satisfactory service not up to 5%. As a result, I am requesting that they refund us $1100 that we paid.

Unfortunately although they had replaced one of their old incompetent account handlers, and the replacement senior member made efforts to clear a number of outstanding
errors to the website, still, some of the old traits and patterns continued to exist in that errors kept re-emerging and these continued to need new amendment instructions,
and so delays continued.  The release of my stationary (now 6 months in their possession) and website has still not happened, although they assure me that it is complete except for the
Social media pages which need some of my input before they can connect them to the  website.  It means that inspite of this complaint and my other reviews, they have managed to find
something else to alter the final files so that these final stages cannot be finalized or downloaded because they are incomplete in one way or another.   
These last 3 months were very important to me, the delay caused me to lose a mortgage application,  as I could not demonstrate to them that my business had at least begun to earn
incomes.   It caused me to lose my welfare benefits which were linked to a financial loan granted by Government to help the qualified unemployed candidates to set up their own
business (called New Enterprise Allowance).  So three extra months delay means incurring 3 lots of business telephone bill payments and business address payments but there is no income
to support these costs.  So I believe that when the delay becomes unreasonable there should be some sort of cost compensation.
