Review: I have paid LOGO DESIGN PROS to design files for a business brochure.

I have tried to contact them numerous times to receive my final files but no one answers my emails or queries, the live chat on their website is no connecting and their phone number seems to be disconnected.

I have been waiting for weeks and my business brochures are at a halt because no one is responding or sending the files to me.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the final files for the product I paid for ASAP, since I need to print my business brochures and I have no access to the material.

This company is a pure rip off! They took our money and promised to complete a wed design page for us and after six months of getting no where with them we asked for our money back, which they said we could at anytime. When we tried to get our money back they gave us the run around for several weeks. We eventually had to hire a lawyer and are currently in the process of filing a case against them. Please save yourself the headache and time and do not do business with them!!!!!!!

Review: After discussing a project with a representative from Logo Design Pros I was informed that the entire project would only take 3 days to complete. After initiating the project and waiting 3 days I still had not seen any work completed on my website. When I called to check on the status of the project I was told that they needed more information to complete the project. I provided them with the needed information and was told that it would only take a few more days. I waited for a week and still nothing. After multiple failed attempts to contact the project manager I was told that the project was underway and would be complete soon. I asked him to contact me once the project was done and he agreed. After a few more days and not results I contacted the project manager again and he told me that his team was busy working on the project and that it should be complete by the end of the day. Of course the project was not complete so I waited a while longer. Now when I try to contact the project manager he is always unavailable or not in the office so I get transferred to other people who say my project manger is the only person who can help. After waiting another week I tried checking back in with the project manger who was not in the office again. I was transferred to someone who said they could help answer my questions. I was given the run around and told the project would be complete in another week. When I told him that this was unacceptable and I deserved a partial refund for the project he said he would check on it and asked to put me on hold. I waited and he ended up hanging up on me.Desired Settlement: I believe that after dealing with over a month of excuses and avoidance I should get a refund of at least 20%.

Review: I ordered a logo design with this company. They have fallen off the grid. The are not responding to calls, emails, chats, etc. They seem to have taken my money and ran. All communications are invalid.Desired Settlement: I want a delivery of my purchase or a complete refund. I have not received what I ordered. I paid and have not received anything. Either give me what I paid for or return my money.
