I had purchased two bracelets my daughter picked out for Valentines Day (the hearts bracelet and the water bracelet). Unfortunately they were too small and I followed the instructions on the website to exchange the bracelets. I mailed both bracelets back to Lokai and we finally received our package; however there was only one bracelet in the package (the water bracelet). I have reached out to customer service and they instructed me to the website for the exchange procedures. They obviously didn't read my email correctly and when I responded again to what had occurred I still have not received a response. I really wish they had a phone number to speak to customer service instead of the waiting game for a response through email. So unfortunately I am still waiting on the 2nd bracelet that I have paid for.

Ordered 3 items. One if the items on B/O. I contacted Lokai via email and explained the situation. They told me that they would be sending me a complimentary Classic Lokai until the backordered Hearts bracelet becomes available (Hearts Lokai). I received my order today with only 2 items. The complimentary item was not included in the package. I feel like I've been lied to, and robbed. Can someone ease tell me what to do about either getting my merchandise or my money back.

Our *** spoke with *** *** on 2/**/We worked through the situation and sent her two lokais to replace her daughter's damaged lokaiThe *** tracking label was scanned in today, and the estimated delivery date is 3/*/by 6:PMIf needed, I would be more than happy to send you the tracking number

My daughter received a Lokai Pack ($98) directly from their website as a 12th birthday gift from her aunt who lives ina different state She was so excited to receive such a generous gift however the braclets were too small I called to exchange this gift for a different size and they refused saying all sales are non-exchangeable This is absolutely ridiculous! My year old is so upset she cannot wear her birthday present and now I absolutely refuse to support such a deplorable company by purchasing replacements I will be sure to tell her friends parents about this awful and unreasonable experience!

The worst customer service I have ever receive! I bought 5 NFL bracelets and needed to exchange one for a larger size. I reached out to customer service who replied immediately and gave me the information to exchange. I sent back the bracelet that day and it was received by them on 9/4/18. I have sent 4 emails with no reply trying to confirm they have received it and find out when the corrected bracelet would be sent. Finally I got a reply with no apology asking for the tracking information which I sent immediately. This was 4 days ago and again I have received no reply. What annoys me most is that when you reach out for the first time they provide great customer service and then send you a survey so that you can say you received great service, once you do that they fall off the face of the earth and you cant call them because you went on hold for 10 minutes and then the recording tells you to send a email and when you send a email you wait weeks for a response. I find this disgusting. Horrible service and plan to leave this information on every avenue I can to educate the public on their poor service. This was a gift and it’s embarrassing that I have not received a replacement.

Ordered bracelet in late may 2018. By way June loop was stretched out and kept falling off. I reached out to lokai and got a response quickly. The asked for pictures of loop. I sent them out. Didnt hear anything for a a week or two. Finally said something about leaving a bad review and what do you know, a response within hours. Asked for name, address and style bracelet... that was the 23rd of June. Still no response. I've called and left emails but still nothing. I enjoyed the bracelet and would actually buy more if the stood by their products. Think it's pretty crappy that not a single person will respond with anything. Anyone who gets a bracelet, enjoy it while you can... once its broken... it's gone... good luck trying to get help with a new one. Dont bother spending your money... it's a waste... better off going to walmart and getting something from there. At least they will return it if something goes qrong

I have been waiting on my order for weeks. I have emailed and called many times and can't get a hold of anyone. The tracking info still shows that the package has not shipped yet. This is beyond ridiculous. The $55 payment was taken out of my account and I have received nothing!

Beautiful concept and bracelets. Poor customer service. Have not gotten bracelets that I was supposed to get by 10/**. Actually the shipper says they have never gotten them. They say they sent out another set. The shipper hasn't gotten those either. Won't give me a refund as it is the breast cancer limited edition final sale version apparently. So will have to have my credit card black payment. Very disappointed.
