I placed an online order, received confirmation they received my order however, I have yet to receive any notification of shipment. I have sent several emails to them without any response. I made several calls to their 877 # only to wait in queue for several minutes and then be told to email them and it disconnects you. I've made calls at different times of day so I do not believe they staff the 877 number at all. This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered especially when I wanted to do was purchase 2 bracelets. If I don't receive any response to my latest email I will be canceling my order (if that's possible), notifying my credit card company and NEVER purchasing another lokai bracelet again. NOTE: My daughter has several of the bracelets to date which we purchased directly from local stores. Ordering online is absolutely maddening and disappointing considering it is supposedly directly from the company.

I purchased two lokai's from this company, which did not fit. I exchanged them for new sizes without difficult. However, they sent the wrong colors the second time and said they would refund my money. It's been over a month of calling/emailing the company and I haven't received my refund.

I have called and called and messaged customer service and even placed messages on their Facebook. I want me freaking order! No one will call me or email me back!

Review: Since buying 2 items from this company there have been numerous fraudulent transactions on my debit card. The fraud is almost certainly linked to this company as it is my most recent transaction before the fraud occurred and my ONLY online purchase using my debit information. The purchase I made after this transaction was used at an established store ([redacted]'s in [redacted] where ID was required for the use of my debit card and I saw the transaction occur in front of me (assuring me it was not [redacted]'s). Therefore whoever had access to my information on Lokai wrote down my card and CRV number and has since used this information to spend over hundreds of dollars. Not only am I livid about this since my checking account must be completely shut down, leaving me no access to money for 2 weeks (meanwhile I am a college student who starts in 2 days and I have books and supplies that I am now unable to afford) but I am livid about the customer service. I have called Lokai customer service 5 times and all 5 times there was no answer and it said the voice mailbox was full. I also sent a very detailed email to the company and I have not yet received a response.Desired Settlement: . I want the company to delete all my information immediately including my name, address, phone number and credit information so they can no longer scam me and I also want people to be aware to NEVER trust the employees of this company.. But if they do decide to trust then they should know not to use their debit card to purchase these items. I want this company to be reported and I also would appreciate an explanation or apology from Lokai.

Review: I originally purchased 2 bracelets and in 3 months both of them broke. It took weeks of me constantly calling and leaving messages/emails before getting anywhere. The only time I did is when I left a message and threatened to complain to Revdex.com. They finally replaced the bracelets only to have one of them break again in the same spot as the last one within 4 months. Now, I can't get anyone to call me back. I have been calling and emailing for a week. This company does not like to stand behind their product apparently. I bought these for two teenagers and they were so excited to have them...only to have them break in no time. Very disappointing!Desired Settlement: I would like to have a replacement, but I want to be assured that if it breaks again, I just get a refund. I can take my money some where else. These girls love the bracelets, but I am disappointed in the quality of them.

Review: Ordered a bracelet from here and was supposed to get it March [redacted]. I have still not received it today. I was able to track the package through the [redacted] website and it has been stuck in [redacted] for 2 weeks and I live in [redacted]. It is obviously lost since it hasn't moved since then. I have tried to email them about 10 times and have only gotten one response that was basically a reply saying they would look into it. I call tried calling them but there is no one working the phones. The answering machine either tells you to email them or asks you to leave a message but then hangs up on you. So I have already paid and am not getting my product or getting a response as to how to fix this or her a refund.Desired Settlement: To be sent a new small bracelet free of charge since I already paid for one. Or a complete refund.

Review: Ordered limited edition blue bracelet, paid price for said limited edition. Shipment was longer than stated. Shipped wrong bracelet, attempted to contact but only received recorded message that stated high volume of customer service calls. Emailed as requested, awaiting response. Worst customer service when previously emailed about purchase, have yet to date been able to speak to a person regarding the whole transaction. But no issues with money being withdrawn from credit card. Shortly after order, website stated blue limited no longer available. However, both purchase order and shipping slip state blue limited edition bracelet and no email or phone call asking permission to deviate from original purchased item.Desired Settlement: Want the blue limited edition that was ordered and paid for.

Review: I ordered a bracelet from their website on 4/*/15. They said I would receive an email soon with my shipping information and that it would ship in 3-10 days. I never recieved an email that it was shipped or any package. I contacted the company several times by email, [redacted] and [redacted]. They just said they would take care of it. I have asked for my money back more than once and should at least have an explanation. I have a receipt from my [redacted] payment. On [redacted] I saw several other unhappy customers complaining about similar problems.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I also still want the bracelet because I think they treated me poorly and should make up for it.

Review: I ordered a bracelet for my stepdaughter on March **, 2015. I received confirmation immediately via email. My bank account was charged immediately as well. As the shipping address was entered incorrectly, I had to contact Lokai customer service (3 weeks after original order date) in order for them to tell me that the shipping address was invalid & the bracelet had been returned. I sent the correct address back & she responded saying that it would be taken care of as soon as possible. I have sent them at least 10 emails because there is no way to speak to someone over the phone. It is now May [redacted] & I have yet to receive my bracelet or even a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or the bracelet. I would like for them to be contacted & held accountable for this, as well as their poor excuse for customer service.

Review: I ordered two Lokai bracelets on December [redacted]. By December [redacted], I still had not received these bracelets. However, I had gotten an email on the [redacted] saying that it was on its way. I contacted customer service through email, and they said it would take up to ten business days. I waited the full ten days, and I still had not received the product. I contacted customer service again, through email on the [redacted], and I got no response. I contacted them again on the [redacted] of January through another email, and a voicemail. I received nothing, so I called them again on the [redacted] of January, and still have gotten no response. They charged me for these bracelets on the [redacted] of December. I found the charge on my credit card statement.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for these bracelets as well as an apology for the terrible customer service.

Review: I ordered 2 of their Lokai bracelets, water edition. I was charged for 2, and packing slip states there are 2. All I received in the mail was 1. When I call the phone # provided on their website all I receive is an automated message to leave a message. I left a message with no reply. I have called serveral times. I have also sent out 2 emails 1 weeks apart with no reply.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund for the product I did not receive or for them to send out what I paid for.

Review: I purchased a lokai bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. Five weeks later it snapped and is no longer wearable.

I contacted the customer service section of Lokai on [redacted] February at 14.53 (UK time) and sent them photos of the broken bracelet. They responded on [redacted] February at 5.04 (uk time) with the below email.

We’re so sorry to hear that your lokai broke! Our warranty policy is if your lokai was received in the last 90 days, we would be happy to exchange your lokai for a new one free of cost. Please print and fill out the attached form and include it in your package with the damaged lokai back to us. If this form is not included in the package, we will not be able to ship you a new lokai. If you would like a return label, please email us back with your order number! At this time, we are only able to provide return labels to our domestic customers. As soon as we receive your package, we will ship you out a new lokai right away!

I then sent another email at 7.03 asking what happens in regard to postage costs as the item is faulty. I sent another email on [redacted] February at 8.54 asking for a response to my previous email.

I eventually got a response at 22.13, see below.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are only able to provide shipping labels for our domestic customers. The cost to send your damaged lokai back to us would be at your own expense. However, you will not be charged to have a new lokai sent to you from our warehouse!

My reply was sent three minutes later stating below:

I'm not paying to return a faulty item to you.

I've sent the photos of the broken bracelet so just send a replacement.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

I am still awaiting a response. I have now forwarded the above email twice more.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement bracelet sent at their cost. If they require me to return the faulty item it must be at their cost prior to postage.

Our [redacted] spoke with [redacted] on 2/**/2015. We worked through the situation and sent her two lokais to replace her daughter's damaged lokai. The [redacted] tracking label was scanned in today, and the estimated delivery date is 3/*/2015 by 6:00 PM. If needed, I would be more than happy to send you the tracking number.
