Review: I purchased 3 bracelets from this company, transaction date 12.*.14. Per their website, their product is "made of a high quality silicon material that stretches enough to fit over your hand and sit comfortably around your wrist! Please note, they will not stretch overtime." However, all 3 of the bracelets stretched overtime, two of which snapped. I reached out to the company via email (their only contact information, no phone number available) on 3.**.15. I did not receive a reply back until 3.**.15. Per the email I was advised that their return policy is 90 days from the received date. When I replied back with my order number I was contacted the next day and advised that since I placed the order 12.*.14 that they would be unable to replace the product. I advised the woman who responded to my email that 12.*.14 was not the date recevied, and that the time span for 90 days should be the date the product was actually received to the date that my initial email was sent to the company, not the date they finally got back to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for my products to be replaced. The company is falsely advertising that these bracelets do not stretch on their website, which is incorrect. The silicon stretches so much to the point that it snaps. They also need a better customer service model. Their responses were rude and incomplete. The last employee I exchanged an email with did not take time to do the research, see what day my order was received and the day the original email was sent.

Review: 12/**/14- I ordered a product from this company. I waited for a shipping confirmation. After hearing nothing, I started to contact them on 12/**/14, because I noticed that they ship most orders within 24 hours. I expected there might be a delay because of the holiday season. Between 12/**/14 and 12/**/14, I called (no one answered) and left them four voicemails, emailed them four times, and even attempted to contact them via social media ([redacted] and [redacted]). No one called me back or responded to my emails. On social media, they kept telling me to send an email (after I explained that I already had done so, several times). Today, 12/**/14, I called again and someone FINALLY answered. She attempted to tell me that the package was delivered yesterday, 12/**/14. I told her that was not the case, as I have no product and still no shipping confirmation. She did not send me a shipping confirmation with tracking information to back up what she said. She said that another shipment would be sent out tomorrow, 12/**/14. Still no shipping confirmation. They charged my credit card immediately, on 12/**/14, but I am STILL waiting for the product, which was meant to be a gift. I am considering returning it once it gets here.Desired Settlement: If this business is going to be taken seriously, they need to seriously improve their customer service. I cannot believe that I had to contact them over 10 times and no one ever got back to me. I finally was able to reach them. Then telling me that it was delivered, with no proof. Such terrible service. I will not ever be buying from them again and I will tell anyone willing to listen about the unprofessional service I received.

Review: Lokai is selling a bracelet described as a string of beads. See Descriptioin taken from purchase pege on website: (The bracelet is infused with elements sourced from the highest and lowest points on Earth. The white ball, carrying water from Mt. Everest, and the black ball, holding mud from the Dead Sea, exist on opposite ends. A string of clear beads link the two, signifying that throughout lifes circular journey, your path is your own) If you view the picture it is shown to look like glass beads. When I received the bracelet, it is really nothing more than a molded bracelet made of silicone that looks like a $2 chew toy I would give to my cat to play with. While I support their vision of balance, I think it completely unfair and unbalanced that dissatisfied consumers can only return the bracelet for another size. I'm tempted to cut open the beads which supposedly contain water and dirt; however, I fully expect to be able to return this product for a full refund and do not want to return damaged property.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $18 I wasted on this product.

Review: I placed an order on February ** and did not receive my products until March **. I was not informed it would take so long to get the products. I was going to use them as gifts, but could not because they took so long to get to me. Now, I just want to return them and get a refund, but they will not respond. In order to send the products back and get a refund, one has to call the company. I have called 3 times and gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the products and get a refund.

Review: My daughter ordered a bracelet from Lokai in mid-March. She received an email from Lokai indicating that the bracelet was shipped on March ** via [redacted], and we have yet to receive the bracelet. Tracking indicates that the estimated delivery date was March **, 2015, but we've not yet received it. I sent an email to Lokai on April *, and they responded on April *, asking me to confirm the shipping address, which I did on April *. Lokai customer service stated that they would escalate the issue to a senior agent on April *, but I've not heard anything in spite of sending two requests for status.Desired Settlement: they have my daughter's money--they should deliver the product!

Review: I placed an order on 2/**/15 for a total of 5 bracelets @ $18 each (3 blue, 2 white). WHen the package arrived in my mailbox, only 2 bracelets were there (1 blue, 1 white). However, Packing Slip shows my order to be QTY 3 and 2, on 2 line items. My assumption is the packer only saw 2 line items and put in 1 of each color bracelet, rather than checking the QTY column. My credit card was charged in full, yet I have only received 2 of my 5 products. I sent an email to [redacted] on 3/**/15, 3/**/15, 3/**/15, 3/**/15, and 3/**/15 with zero response. I called their number ###-###-#### yesterday at 6pm CST, and received recorded msg to callback during their hours 10am - 6pm EST. I tried calling today at 3:59pm CST, and the phone rings twice, connects, silence, then drops the call. THis happened during the 6 attempts to call today from one phone, and twice from another phone.

IDesired Settlement: I just want the delivery of my order. If they cannot complete that, then I want a full refund. If they are taking my money without giving me goods in exchange, this is theft.

Review: On 10/*/15 I ordered a pink Lokai bracelet (order [redacted]) from their website. I was immediately charged via [redacted] and was sent a confirmation email.

On October [redacted] at 6pm I sent in an email stating that if my order has not shipped yet, to please cancel my order. At the same time I filed a [redacted] item not received case.

On October [redacted] at 9pm I get an automated shipping confirmation email stating that my item has shipped via [redacted]. On Oct * at 4p I get an email from Kara stating that my item can no longer be cancelled and that it has shipped [redacted] with the same tracking number that I received for the [redacted] email. I would say that it's important to note that according to the [redacted] tracking, that the label wasn't created until Oct * at 3p. The [redacted] tracking was showing as invalid until the day before I received it. The [redacted] tracking didn't update until the item was in my mailbox as well.

As you can see, it was a brutally confusing process with no help from Lokai. I wanted to cancel the order but I feel as if once I sent in the cancellation request, that's when they decided to ship the item out to keep my money. I've since asked for a prepaid shipping label to return the item since Lokai refused to comply with my cancellation request, but they have refused.

I have also attempted to escalate the [redacted] dispute but since I've received the item (eventually) and the item is as described, there's nothing they are able to do.

I feel as if this company is shady and has intentionally ignored my direct emails and [redacted] messaged in order to retain the money and make it undesirable to return the item.Desired Settlement: What I would like is a prepaid shipping label to where I can send this item back without incurring further costs to myself.

Review: I ordered Three Lokai Blue bracelets, 1 small 2 medium, on line on March [redacted], 2015. On march [redacted] @bracelets were delivered in the mail, 1 small 1 medium. one medium blue bracelet was missing in the shipment. ALL three (3) bracelets were charged to my credit card. I filed a complaint that night at mylokai.com as instructed not the website and received an automated acknowledgment of the complaint by the lokai customer service April[redacted] an email was sent to us from [redacted] in customer service thanking us for the order and stating they are "working through a bit of a backlog". Seemingly unknowing of our complaint she asked for us to let her know if we received our order. April [redacted] I replied repeating that only a partial order was received. I said I would still like the third bracelet, 1 medium, or an adjustment to my charge. April [redacted]. A response was sent within the 1/2 hour by [redacted] requesting a confirmation of our address and requesting patience as they escalate our ticket to a senior agent. april [redacted] I sent the requested info stating it would be great if the third bracelet could be sent. April [redacted] emailed stating they received our info and apologizing for any inconvenience. April [redacted] I sent an email to [redacted] stating I was still waiting for an answer or a refund. Asking what the hold up was. I stated I was extremely disappointed and would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if the issue was not resolved this week. April [redacted] I have had no further emails from the Lokai company. I have been charged for three (3) $18 bracelets each. Again I would still like the third bracelet however if that is not available I expect a refund. It is very disappointing that there is no resolution to this problem. This company supposedly sends a portion of their sales to charity. I am wondering if they actually do as I now question their business practices. And yes, I have told my friends!!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive items for which I have already been charged. If not I would like a refund for the missing bracelet. I would also like a response from Lokai

Review: bracelet purchased 12/**/15 broke after 3 weeks. provided photos and original receipt as directed and now they tell me insufficient. That is exactly what their warranty states and they do not want to honor the warranty. I want a replacement bracelet as it belongs to my 13 year old daughter and was a christmas gift. medium original bracelet.
