I will like to express my satisfaction with dealing with your representative Tony He informed me that my shoes were faulty and advised me of the process in getting refundedNever the less I was so saddened that I couldn't get the shoe I requested he convinced me that there are so many other styles to choose from.In which I did find a substitute to complement my outfit I will like to thank him for being patient And understanding .It was truly the best customer experience ever.Keep up the good work Tony

They are amazing with ther customer service! I had an exchange, only because of size, although I was not sure if it would get to me on time for an event and I was kind of annoying with my emails but Tony was very quick with the response emails and made sure I was taken care ofI got the shoes on time and the exchange was a breezeI love shopping from them !

There was a pair of shoes I ordered that did not meet Lola Shoetique's quality standards, which I was okay with because it meant a lot to me that they have enough integrity to not send a customer a bad pair of shoesSo, I received an email from a representative, Tony, stating that I received store credit for the shoes and that I could use it whenever I found a new pair of shoes I wanted From that point forward, Tony was nothing but super nice and helpful! I really appreciated how she read my emails in their entirety and responded to every main point in my emails, and in a decent timely mannerA lot of company representatives do not do that and I think that's why I loved working with Tony so much during this process because she was different from reps that I've worked with in the past from other companies All in all, this was a positive and smooth process that I experienced with Lola ShoetiqueNot to mention that my new shoes came super fast, which was a plus! I will definitely continue to do business with this amazing and genuine company

Lolashoetique is a great place to buy trendy shoesFast shipping and great customer service I had placed and order and received my two items very quicklyUnfortunately, one of them was just not my styleI then filled out the necessary return form and returned it to themIt didn't take awhile for them to receive the return and to inform me of the returnI was concerned so I actually had to email them first regarding itOne of their representatives, Noemi had got back to me quickly and said they had received my return and email me once they start to process itI then received an email stating that the item was final sale and I was unable to return it but this time they will issue me a store credit for it for half of the price I paid I was unaware that the item was final sale, and I was completely okay with the store credit (I work my retail myself so I understand the whole final sale system)The thing that I was concerned about was that there was not any indication that the item was final sale, not on the invoice and it doesn't say it on the item itself on the websiteSo I then asked Noemi where was the indication it was final sale so I know for future references and she emailed me back and explained if the price is lowered then it is a final sale item she even sent me a screen shot to explain which was very helpful Noemi got back to me ASAP and was very helpful, and explained everything thoroughly to meHer customer service is actually above and beyond in my opinion But one thing I believe they should've indicated the item was final sale when I was purchasing and/or at least in my invoiceAs a fellow worker in the retail industry, when an item is final we put it big oh red stamp across it, maybe Lola's should do something like that Since I did have store credit now I started to look for another pair of shoesUnfortunately, the shoes I loved were out of stock in my sizeSince I already had an email thread with Noemi, I took the liberty to email her and ask if they would receive moreAs soon as I emailed them, the item had restocked! It was like they read my mind, haha! I ordered them right away since I had a common sized foot, my size seems to disappear quicklyAlthough, I had already ordered, Noemi got back to me and mentioned they had them back in stockI explained I had purchased them as soon as they came back in stock and thanked Noemi is probably the best online customer service representatives that I have delt withShe is able to answer all questions and she actually gets back to you quicklyI was very surprised with how quick her responses wereWith any problems with your purchases, feel free to email Lola's and I guarantee they will get back you and help you solve your problem

I would like to say a special thank you to Tony of Lola Shoetique quality control Dept He was quick and super helpful in his responses and helped in as assesting me in how to use a store credit toward new shoes Typically dealing with things like this will give you headaches and work your nerves But thankful for Tony my SHOE-perhero!

I have had such an amazing experience with Lola shoetique! I ordered a few pairs of heels late lastnight and I already got a confirmation of delivery this morning! They have great customer service! I emailed [email protected] about a question and honestly wasn't expecting a quick reply as most places won't even reply back! But Tony replied right away and answered my question and honestly I can really tell she is happy and loves this company! Thank you so much Tony! Do not waste your time with this place They are low rent and they do the things that low rent stores do with online purchases They can't really afford returns, so they will make it impossible to do so and at great personal cost to you They can't afford shipping, so they ship your shoes WITHOUT A BOX...who does that? NEVER order shoes from a place that charges you a restocking fee...this is absolute nonsense and a ploy to keep money because as I said they are LOW RENT If you want no guarantees, poor customer service, deceptive practices, shoes shipped in a cheap purple bag instead of the actual box, a waste of your time and money, then this is your place You can have a good experience or but if you have any issues do not expect a customer friendly solution or response When people don't have enough capital to start a solid business they are going to try to do everything they can to make and keep money at the expense of their customer This is an itic practice because in the long run you lose customers, you lose their referrals and you lose money Being a shop that is customer service oriented and that does what is fair by your customers breeds loyalty and referrals and MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN You got to keep a little change from my poor order experience, but you lost out on hundreds of heel orders and referrals and that is just plain stupidity Run a business with some integrity and take care of your customers and you might make enough money to stop scamming your customers with restocking fees and boxless shoes in cheap purple bags Save your time and money and go with another online shop that sells the same exact shoes for cheaper and at an additional discount

Hi my name is carol and I've order from Lola shoetique a few times now and I recently placed an order a week ago and I received my shoes today I was emailed about having one of the shoes out of stock that I've ordered by tonyHe guided me through what I could do and I could replace the shoes that were out of stock with others and he came through with all that I asked best customer service ever!!!! Honestly this is the best company ever I love their freaking shoes and the way they pack them too ugh it's just to die forI'm am very happy with everything like alwaysThank you Lola shoetique

Always get quick responses wether through email or social media! And I just love that! This is seriously online shopping heaven! Marlene is the best! Such a sweet girl! I purchased a gift card for my wife for her birthday since I didn't know exactly what pair of shoes she wanted She was very excited to get the boots she wanted from the storeUnfortunately they did not have her size in the boot she wanted I emailed the general inbox and Tony emailed me back Tony was very responsive to all of my questions before and after the purchase Tony was able to get me a refund on my gift card My wife ended up purchasing the boots somewhere else but due to the great experience with the shop, Tony in particular we will order from Lola Shoetique again (she has already purchased one pair since the transaction) Thank you Tony
