I have ordered about pairs of shoes from Lola Shoetique, of which I have absolutely loved and kept! The other two were solely due to a bone I have on my foot which doesn't let me wear all types of shoes, so definitely not attributable to anything they did wrongTheir shoes are gorgeous, affordable, and always look EXACTLY like the pictures on their website/Instagram page
Since I had returns, I had a store credit, and using this credit was the easiest and most efficient experience I've had with any business in a very long timeAll I had to do was e-mail them with the shoes I was interested in, and they got back to me SUPER fast!!! I placed my most recent order with Tony, and he was such a pleasure to work withHe responded to my inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and kept me up to date every step of the way through my order
Overall, AMAZING experience so far!!! Keep it up!

I had the best customer service help ever!!!! Unfortunately one of the boot I purchased at their store had a hole in it and I didn't realized it did until I got home ( I live hours away)I messaged Lola customer service and they respond in minutes! I was so shocked because they were so incredibly nice and sorry about it because that never happens
They let me choice another pair of boots and they mailed it straight to my house with no problems! Thank you so much xoxo best shoe place to shop at!!!!:)

I had made an ordered of items and the day before shipping I get an email from, Tony, stating that the boots I really wanted weren't in stockI was given store credit, after a few back and forwards on different shoes I wanted which were all out of stock in my sizeI finally found something that I liked and that was in stocked and was given a tracking number right away! Although I really wanted those boots, I'm glad at the service and attention I received from Tony!! He went out of his way to fulfill my orderThank you Tony!

Absolutely love their styles and aside from this, their amazing customer service received by Tony. I had originally ordered a pair of shoes that did not meet the quality control and was advised that I would receive a credit because the shoes were no longer available. For that, they gave me a credit plus free shipping on my next order and this was all thanks to Tony. I really appreciate his stellar service. Great asset to this company.

Lola's shoetique has great Customer service I put in an order and changed the color last minute by phone. A woman named Noemi assisted me quick,promt, and positively. I was very pleased with her service and can't wait to wear my 2 pairs of super cute shoes.

They are amazing with ther customer service! I had an exchange, only because of size, although I was not sure if it would get to me on time for an event and I was kind of annoying with my emails but Tony was very quick with the response emails and made sure I was taken care of. I got the shoes on time and the exchange was a breeze. I love shopping from them !
