On your initial call (5/27), you were advised of the evaluation fee of $139, to which you agreedWe arrived at your home, diagnosed the initial problem was the thermostat that was not attached to the wall correctly due to construction being done in the homeWe also did offer to install your thermostat on the wall for an addition $99, at which time you advised us you would be installing the thermostat on your own, and you refused to pay us anything at allNo additional testing was done on the system by our company to determine whether, or not, the system is functioning properly, because we could not move forward under these circumstancesAs stated on our Agreement/Proposal: “WARRANTIES (Under terms of warranty, annual scheduled service must performed on your equipment by American Comfort’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning) You have had other companies working on the systemThe warranty was not assigned to you during the purchase of your home, it is still held in the name of the previous homeowner We cannot be held responsible for other contractors working on the system that may/may not have resulted in the failure of your air conditioner As we can do nothing further for you, I suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly to have the unit warranties transferred into your name

I have been a customer of One Hour Heating and Air for over years and my experiences have always been very positive and I have been highly satisfied with the integrity of the company and the quality of service of all employees I've interacted with I've had my furnace and air conditioning systems for over years and both are still working well I will definitely rely upon this company in the future for all my HVAC needs

All personnel we have had contact with either by telephone and the service people have all been courteous, polite, helpful and informative It is like working with a friend rather than someone you have not met before

Our furnace stopped working at 1am I called the company that installed the furnace and they didn't respond I called One Hour Heating and they got back to me within several hours and sent out Jimmy Dat 8:am He found the problem, fixed it, and we were only charged the minimum service charge Jimmy was professional, polite, on time, and patient with my questions

Employee JOSE Gpaid me a service call, and I wish to note his courteous and professional manner during that visit, and to thank him for the important diagnostic information he so clearly and openly shared with me Prior to his visit I had many questions about the workings of our furnace Upon his leaving I had a much more complete understanding of what was taking place, as well as what was needed to correct the problems This visit was a great example of how best to establish excellent customer relationships His business card lists him as a SERVICE GENIUS, and I believe that description fits him well

The good (great): Jimmy D came out on time and installed a Nest thermostatprofessional, clean, respected my home, did fast and good work, answered all questions and gave good hints and tipsHighly recommend him and One HourThe bad: initially I called the number after getting the number/name from the nest Pro Installer websiteBefore they called me, I called themthe person that I talked to said sure we can have someone out this afternoon, but its $for the estimate callI asked if that would then go against the work, he said noSo I told him to forget about it and I would get someone elseSounded like a call center clearinghouseSo I was pleasantly surprised when a dispatcher from One Hour called Monday, said thjat the original info was wrong, it was $to install and Jimmy D could come that afternoonso bottom line: One Hour was great, the call clearinghouse with the number from the Nest site was terrible

We had Jimmy D come out to our house to give our furnace a check upHe was extremely nice to usHe explained everything to us, his concerns and even showed us with a camera what the inside of the furnace looked likeTotally trusted him and his adviceWhen we need our furnace tuned and cleaned up again, I'll request Jimmy to come out againGreat experience
