One hour Heating & Air Conditioning gets an A+ with regards to their customer service Rose jumped hoops following up on getting a certificate of insurance to our condo association Without her efforts, we would not have been able to have our HVAC unit inspected as we were on a tight schedule She also went out of her way to call me twice to let me know she forwarded the certificate of insurance and confirmed that the association received it They installed a new AC unit for us about years agoTheir techs that came out to our condo were very professional, efficient and informative We would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs service on their heating or air conditioning units
