I purchased a ring that had very poor qualityI put in a first ticket and got no response so I put in a second ticketI returned the ring within the days required to get a refundI had record of the UPS tracking number and proof that it was signed forFirst they told me they didn't receive the package, then they told me no one by that name worked for, then I provided them with my proof and they said they would give me a refundIt has been 1/months since I returned the ring and I still have not received my refundI have called customer service more than times over the course of the last few months during business hours and no one ever answersIt takes at least 2-weeks to get any type of email responseThis is the worst customer service I have ever dealt withAll I want is a refund and they have refused to give me a refundNow my credit card has expired and I have a new one but I can't let them know because I can't get a hold of anyone

Hello.Unfortunately a refund will not be processed because of the following:1. the price of the ring is $1395 in 14k and $1595 in 18k so you got $500 off.2. the order is a SPECIAL ORDER since it is costume made and from 18k gold and diamonds.3. the special discount is 25% and not 30% and you can check it online.I am sorry that we got to this level and I am offering you, again a full store credit.There is nothing else I can help you with, this was and is the policy of love and price as you can read at our site before you buy our products.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:They have called 1 time - and the message was their voicemail.  They claimed the order was cancelled, I sent them the information on the original order.  I send them messages almost daily with NO reply at all.They received back in the box - a damaged necklace and two rings of horrible qualitythey have my number, my email, my [redacted] account.
