This is the second time I have refinanced through LowVARates, and both times I was pleased with their service This time, MrMark L*** was the mortgage officer assigned to me He was very attentative and patient with me on getting in to him whatever paperwork he needed, professional, respectful and timely on whatever he promised Sharlee, Shane and Kristen assisted Mark with the same professionalism as he I am pleased with their work, and it was nice to skip a payment this time of year!

I m dealing with Ryan T*** , to get anything follow up on my refinance I have to call him, well last wed on Aug he Calle die and told me my package was being sent to underwriting, the following Thursday's I called him to get a status and he says it's not in under writting they were having problem getting some paper work, so I asked why didn't you called, he says I dotn know, when I call,Ed the surge it he just said sorry, I was also told he never said it was going to underwriting, but they record there calls , so I had proof,I really upset now I'm delayed more and my mortgage will charge a late fee if we close later, he saysthats okay we can wrap in the loan, I said no sir it's not okay, then he says it's only some dollars , personally I don't care if it's five dollars I should pay it, please note I ent to two othe companies after I went to this company they have already approved me,they refuse to expidete, or do anything to help but say now e can move forward we r paper wor

Burt with Low VA Rates was on top of things He quickly addressed any of my concerns and I was able to refinance my house at a rate that was a whole point under what I was previously paying

Other than continued calls about a form that was mailed to the proper place and at that point I no longer had any control over it the general service was goodBut it was very annoying to get a call asking for the form after being told several times that it was mailed out
