RevDex.com: I spoke with Rebecca [redacted] at loyal on Monday aug Her response is that I should continue in their program and pay additional monthly installments This is not a resolution to the problem I own a small business and I am swamped with calls in the spring from companies promising to improve my Google ranking Against my own gut instinct I listened to the loyal salesperson I was told that after a six hundred dollar down payment and three monthly payments of 169$ that I would be on googles first page of landscape contractors in the [redacted] area 1100$ is a large investment for my company I would never agree to an open ended credit card for monthly withdrawals What would loyal9s incentive be to get the job done Bottom line is that the salesperson lied to get the sale Loyal took my money and did not come through on their promise Now they want more money No way You can tell loyal that people end up in hell for lying and stealing

I am rejecting this response because:i had to hire another company to handle all of this ,plus by me doing my own investigating nothing wasn't done I repeatedly try to contact this company and I was always told that they are in a meeting will call you back never here from them I was also told that it takes months or better to go thru all the search engines which was a lie ,because the other company did it in daysthen try to contact them on facebook but they blocked me.just want my money back

Hello ***, I couldn't help but to reply back to these wrongfully accused allegations against our company, staff and business owners at Loyal MarketingThe services you hired Loyal Marketing to complete for your company were completed and services were renderedThe services were not to
your satisfactory and because they were not I did comply with a refund for the hosting for the website for months, I did not comply with a full refund for the website since the website was built and published. *** . You were making edits to the website which indicates that we did build you a fully operating website that you can make edits toWe also cleaned up your online information and re published your business information on directories and you did get a listing report that showed all directories and the progress of those via emailGoogle is a luxury services that you don't pay for and did not pay forWhich you also made changes to and submitted photosAll in all sir with all do respect one of our last conversations you and I were on a screen shared meeting where you shared my screen and was able to see everything that we did for youYou got upset with me because you sent me the wrong photos which I showed you on the screen sharing meeting and if you felt I was being child like sir I apologize I was simply trying to show you that the photos that I placed on the website were the ones that I got directly from youOn that same conversation I knew that you were upset with not me but with my agents as well and I truly feel no matter what I have said or what I could have done you had a bad taste in your mouth and nothing would be able to clear that outWhich leads us back to cancelled services and you wanted a full refund, I complied with the hosting refund of months for your website and one month of citationsI am sorry we left off that way and I wish you would have called me back before you wrote thisI am sure we could have resolved this among one anotherHere at Loyal Marketing we have plenty of happy customers and like every business sir you have ones who are notI am sorry you were one of those and I wish you and your company the best. [redacted] you have been speaking to our representative, we have notes as recent as last week. You disconnected the call with no acceptance to us showing you what has been done and services that have been rendered. We are always more than willing to show proof but will need the business owners' collaboration in allowing us to show him everything. We have completed, claimed and verified various listings since the company has been on board with our services which would lead us to believe the second company that was hired would be using the work we have done and picking up from where we left off. Please give us a call directly, as we have been attempting to contact you but no return call has been made. [redacted] Thank You in advance for your call back.
