I am rejecting this response because: the person I spoke to ([redacted]) only offered a refund of the $149 and $169, not the $899. She said they had done too much work already on my behalf. Well when you gone online and search  my company, there is no change that I can see. My listing even still comes up with an address I haven't used in 5 years! But this point is mute and their claim of behind the scenes work is mute. This is not a case of simple miscommunication as they report. Its a case of misrepresentation. I never would have authorized payment of the $899 to begin with if I had know there was an additional monthly charge of $169. I want a full refund of all charges. As I saw from this company's response on the Revdex.com site to other complaints - they offer a 100% money back guarantee.

Performed a screen shared [redacted] meeting with [redacted]. We have come to an agreement. Concerns on appointment were not concerns listed in complaint. Customer will be removing the complaint. Refunded $169.00 for the last months' (sept) payment, as a sign of good faith.
