This issue has been resolved.  The customer was refunded the amount he was owed and his vehicle has been paid off.  We also replaced the check that we had issued that he misplaced.

We have refund 100% of money. Please see attached

Customer came in and said they didn't know they had purchased extras on car loan. We showed them menu they signed with all product forms. They then claimed they knew about warrenty and mainatnce but did not know about GAP. We explained the GAP info to them again and told them that they could cancel all or any. They then went to look at used cars for partner and left the dealership. We have not heard from them since except for two bad reviews on [redacted] and [redacted]. We would be happy to cancel the GAP ot any other products that they signed for.

We have refuned all policies on loan and have copies of checks in attachment.

[redacted] purchased a used [redacted]. She requested we replace the timing chain. We performed the service and replaced the timing chain. After the 90 day warranty was over a bolt on the engine broke and caused the timing chain to come off causing the engine to seize.  This malfunction was not a...

result of the timing chain we replaced. Since all warranties had expired we offered to pay 50% of the repair with the customer paying the other 50%. We were under no obligation to do this. We did this in the spirt of good will but since it is clear this will not satisfy the customer we resind the offer.

We deny all alledgations made by this customer. We called him over two weeks ago and had him return the car. The deal is void.

[redacted], As a matter of fact [redacted] has already contacted us and in their own words “ We want to know what the real deal with this car is” So obviously everyone is not on the same sheet of music. You have informed Jonathan that you did change the oil on your car and then you said another garage did so unfortunately you are unable to provide factual information in your claim. Once again the original repairs have been verified to be proper and correct and due to other circumstances created by either yourself or another facility has created your misfortune. Unfortunately the back and forth banter will not change the true facts that [redacted] nor Lustine [redacted] will cover any costs of repair of your vehicle.

CUSTOMER BROUGHT BACK RENTAL CAR WITH 4.6 GALLONS OF GAS UNDER FULL.  CUSTOMER SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT THAT SAYS EVERY VEHICLE MUST BE BROUGHT BACK WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS OR HE WILL BE CHARGED $5.00 PER GALLON.  WHEN CUSTOMER RETURNED RENTAL 4.6 GALLONS LOW OUR [redacted] RENTAL REP SHANI...

CALLED CUSTOMER TO LET HIM KNOW IT WAS 4+ GALLONS LOW AND THAT WE WOULD BE TAKING VEHICLE TO GAS STATION TO FILL IT UP AND HIS CARD ON FILE WOULD BE CHARGED.  CUSTOMER GOT VERY UPSET AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH SERVICE MANAGER JOE K[redacted].  JOE EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE.  CUSTOMER AGREED THAT HE BROUGHT IT BACK LOW AND AGREED TO PAY WHAT WE PAY FOR GAS AND NOT THE $5.00 PER GALLON.  HE THEN ARGUED THAT HE CAN BUY THE GAS CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE, LUSTINE TRIED CHARGING THE CARD ON FILE WHICH WAS DENIED.  CUSTOMER GAVE LUSTINE A CREDIT CARD THAT CANNOT BE CHARGED.SERVICE DIRECTOR NINO S[redacted] THEN CALLED CUSTOMER.  EXPLAINED THAT HE NEEDS TO PAY FOR THE GAS, CUSTOMER ARGUED AND CURSED AT NINO S[redacted], NINO STATED THAT THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE FUEL CHARGES BUT TO NEVER BRING HIS VEHICLE OR HIMELF BACK TO LUSTINE [redacted] SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN.  CUSTOMER HUNG UP ON NINO S[redacted].

response because:The amount has not been reflected onto my loan. There is no indication of the refund.  Plus this document that they sent does not even have my signature therefore they are just providing false documents saying that they refunded it in which they have not done so.

We have refunded all policies in full and refunded them to the loan at  [redacted] Credit Union.

Mr [redacted] came in to the dealership and we worked this out. He is satisfied now.

I am rejecting this response because:Per the phone conversation I had with [redacted] last night, the dealership does need to take action. It is not just about the activation of the [redacted]services, but that the vehicle shows an in-service date of September 2016. This impacts my warranties as well. [redacted] has been trying to get the dealership to unwind this, but is having problems getting a response. [redacted] will be contacting your dealership.

Unfortunately a lease can not be canceled by just paying a $499 fee to terminate the lease.  What would be required is the termination fee plus all the payments that are due under the full term of the lease. We tried to explain that.  If [redacted] is able to do something different...

they would need to contact them directly as this is how [redacted] explained the process to us.

Mr Sama purchased two service contracts and a Gap plan when he purchased his truck.  All three have been canceled a check for $666.31 for the gap was sent out on 9/8, a check for the maintenance in the amount of $2957.89 was sent out on 9/4 and a check for the service contract in the amount of...

Ms. [redacted] came here and bought a [redacted] single signature cash note due in three days. Three days was up and we called her for balance . She said she did not have the money yet but would come in and sign a bank contract and pay the bank off when she got her money. She came in and signed the bank...

contract and everything was fine. We never told her to bring any car back and never had it parked ojn our lot. Please see attachments.

Customer came in and resigned new contract at 0 percent. Customer is now satified.

[redacted]'s gap protection was reinstated and she has filed a claim with them to get her balance on her loan paid off. I spoke to her and this issue is resolved.  Thank you

Customer owes [redacted] $2519 for over milage, one key, and damage. None of this was taken care of by the dealership verbaly or in writting.

We sold this customer a vehicle they took delivery of the vehicle and Financed it through [redacted].  We do not have the vehicle and we can not cancel the contract.
