This complaint has nothing to do with [redacted] in Philadelphia Area The complaint should be addressed to the third party collection agency I looked in our data base and we have no student by the above name attend our school in the Philadelphia Metro Area.I consider this complaint closed [redacted] ***

Sorry for the delay, our representative at the school was out of townHe has been in contact with the VA in regards to Daniel debt owed to the schoolThe VA informed us that the payment went directly to the student since he had a change in his program and went to a different school LTI has a contract with Daniel and not the VA It is the student responsibility to make sure any checks from the VA get applied to his account We have audited his account again to verified that the balance is accurate in the amount of $ Daniel can contact me at ###-###-####, ext [redacted] to set up a payment arrangement Robert D [redacted] LTI Receivables Manager

We have researched ***'s claims and their are some discrepancies in his version. ***'s fed loans were not cancelled, he failed to bring in the signed paperwork needed for Lincoln to applied for additional parent plus loans. The student was informed of this and signed a payment
schedule for the remaining balance of $ per month. He signed on 9/and the first payment was due on 9/24. His last day of attendance was 9/23/2008. He never return and was dropped from the course for attendance violation
Once a student is interrupted from the course, LTI is required to due a audit to determine whether we are able to keep the Title loan disbursements or return them per the government guidelines. (LTI returned $ in Federal loans)LTI also prepares an audit to determine what we are allowed to charge based on the attendance. When *** left school he had a balance of $ 4521.27. He has accrued interest (6%) totaling 1839.19 from Dec through August 26, 2008. The student was balance was due in full when he left school and was offered a default payment plan of $ per month at % interest. We had no response to our collection attempts. The account has been accurately reported to the credit bureaus since Jan

***. She advised him that she does not have any contact information for ***. The account has been document and no further phones calls to *** will occur

This company has yet to provide me with any evidence of this $6,charge/off write/off student loan that it states on my credit report and they will not provide *** any information of such loan.Nys fair credit act states you must provide sufficient evidence or remove debt from a credit report.this company will not comply with Nys laws and it is illegal to put claims in New york Statesignature is everything in the court of law ,I have have signed no loan with *** *** institute!! you can not put a student loan on someones credit report without proof of such loan

As we have explain to ***, we can not control the duplicate error that has occurred on her credit report with ***. We submit one file to *** and *** each month with the same data. *** is having a problem with duplicate accounts, and they have informed us that
they are working on it. Her Revdex.com complaint should be with *** becuase *** *** has not done anything wrong. There is nothing on *** side to correct the matter, we have to wait until *** corrects it problem. There is no duplicate account on *** and we use the same data and format with them

Clearly says on first page of enrollment agreement agreement for refund purposes program is broken up in weeks weeks and weeks top left corner st page still haven't seen last weeks sign in sheet,are you hiding something? pages missing from enrollment agreement? This school has received over 10,dollars for not even weeks of schooling,on a $28,dollar program.dept of education even says something don't sound correct.it would be impossible to pay$16,for less than weeks of education.still does not justify a student loan taken out by *** educational services when the only loan that was signed was with fed loanLet's see a signature on bogus loan number ***Why was that not posted? This company is currently under investigation with the state attorney generals office in many different states and by the consumer federal bureau for billing of government funds and had to be returned.they are also under investigation for billing tactics in overcharging students.the state attorney generals office in ny and pa are aware of this fraudulent behavior along with consumer federal bureau.justice will be served

As I stated in our previous response, ** *** left our school in Dec 2012. At the time the school sent out notification of her debt as well as our department when we offer the original payment plan in May 2013. We have sent numerous collection letters and payment reminders to *** *** without any return mail
Our office has sent out her original ledger card fro the school and a copy of our payment history since she has been with the Receivables department for LTI. If

I usually don't write reviews but I have been heated about this situation for some time now and how much of a scam this company is, I will admit I really was having some financial issues but Iv but paying back my debt and getting my credit fixedWhich leads to why I'm here with this complaint so Iv been dealing with them these passed weeks working everything out with payments and possibly lowering them if I qualify , Iv been dealing with MrT*** who is very unprofessional tell me that it's inaappropriate that my mom is not helping me pay my loans , I'm sorry im years old I don't need my parents helping meLong story short I was set up for automatic payments which I had been taken off by them I never requested it when I called to discuss lower paymentsOver the weekend I received a letter looking for a payment which had me confused as I was under the impression it was automatically withdrawn from my account, so I call today and spoke to Mr.T*** again and he basically told me that if I come off the automatic payments that he is almost garunteed that I will not make payments an I will be out in collectionsI don't understand how that's even legalLike I said he is very unprofessional and does not belong doing that jobThis company really has no heart at all for anyone situation because you were in a bad situation a year ago does not mean that's who you are this yearIt makes me sick to thing that a company thinks that they can get away with something like this

government loansLincoln does not collect on government loansLincoln will review options that maybe available for the students but we do not offer the same arrangements as the government
In regards to her comments that our representatives and threaten and harrassed the students are invalid. As for her statement that the student would go to Jail is ridiculous. We are always willing to work with our student as long as the agreement can be mutally, which the terms that *** has been offering are not and we can not allow our student to dictate the terms

I am rejecting this response because: This is clearly going nowhereAs of yesterday I finally recieved what I have been asking for, for over a yearIt was not until I envolved The Revdex.com of my complaint that I started getting answersI have now received ONE bill for the month of September and will see if I get one next monthThis usually does not last with ltiThe statement I received on when I exited is in correct I left in the beginning of DecemberThey had me on exit for January Once again another errorWhen individual campuses complain with me about your negligent attitudes and unprofessional mannerism that speaks for itselfI will never recommend this school as it is unprofessional, irresponsible, ill mannered and all together the company as awhole is concerningI hope more branches are closed as mine was so that real schools can be put up in place and lti all together phases out

I am rejecting this response because: I have never received a print out of balance start,payments made,and current balance too dateI have requested this multiple times with no responseI have also requested a monthly bill for the agreed payment so I can have a copy and document payment lti has never sent this.I have made contact today again to request a copy and got the usualI called three different branches who tried also to make contact with lti that day using the same number I did and could notThe summerlin campus director finally made contact and also gave me the number to corporate to file a complaint as she has many others she starred having heard nothing good about the receivable departmentI was in the hospital and when I stated my grandmother could not make the payments I unfortunately don't have a choiceBetter people skills will get you guys alot furtherI will not deal with Mr.t*** and his demnorI will mail payments or make them online until given a different representativeHowever online bill pay is not writing as usual with this terrible company
