To Whom It May Concern,The particular area the customer parked is actually a reserved parking area that is clearly marked RESERVED with barricades however during the holiday season we were asked by the landlord not to issue any notices during the holiday season? This directive came after notices were already issued? I am rejecting this response because:I did receive an email on Monday, 02/06/as well as Tuesday, 02/07/2017, which I am very grateful for As of today, Monday, 02/13/2017, I have not yet received the refund, but am certain I will in the next few daysI would like to add that I did notify the company on 11/23/that I did not receive a refund, thus having resent what was requested again I again followon 12/12/as I still did not receive the refund, but did not hear back, thus made a phone call on 12/22/and having sent another email on 12/22/2016, providing my address again Due to these reasons, I would appreciate having this remain open until I receive the refund, if at all possible I also would like to add that for some unusual reason, the white label "NO CHANGE GIVEN" which is literally across the machine, was not there that evening I also have a witness who did not see the sign either, as we were both looking everywhere for oneI know it may sound as though I am being dishonest, but honestly, I would not have filed any concerns/complaints for $if this were truly my own fault.Again, I truly am grateful for their response as they could have easily denied my request for a refund Thank you. We were able to make contact with the customer regarding their concern that they had not received their refund. In researching the complaint, we found that there indeed was a refund that was issued to the customer. The refund was done on November 20, 2016. We were unaware that the
customer did not receive their refund. Upon receiving the notification from Revdex.com we re-issued a 2nd refund to the customer. The customer should have received the second refund. We have advised the customer that should she not receive the refund again, to contact of office and we will find another way of getting her refund back to her. Please note: The particular machine does state on the front of the machine that "Machine does not give change/refund". Mahalo,Sandi KM***
