The new manager of the [redacted] location reached me via telephone and refunded my money that I was owed and apologized for the troubles. She is having to deal with a lot of issues the last manager left unattended to and she is doing a great job in my opinion but, KFC corporate STILL has yet to contact me and answer why did I have to make so many calls to them to try to resolve the issue. And seeing as to they STILL have not contacted me, I see they are still massive [redacted] who can't properly manage customer service. I will never do business with KFC ever again and I tell as many people as possible to do the same. I have never dealt with such an incompetent business in my life!!!]

Review: I booked a room at The Lucerne through my [redacted]. I immediately cancelled the hotel reservation. [redacted] assured me I would not be billed. I never took the trip and I cancelled the reservation. I never checked in. I will not pay for 2 hotel rooms that I cancelled, and that are still being charged to my [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of both of these charges for $331.33 which has been charged TWICE to my account. Total is $662.66
