Our warranty states that we will replace the device like for like unless parts/devices are unavailable. Parts/devices for the Moto X are not available. Therefore, our warranty states we will replace with an equivalent product. The Nexus 6 that is not only equivalent to the Moto X but also an upgrade. We have replaced the customers device under our warranty terms. Therefore, we consider this resolved.

Our accessory team has been working with the customer to resolve.

We will be reaching out to the customer and are working on processing the refund.

I am rejecting this response because:apparently they have decided that they don't want to do business with us because my husband disputed a claim a year ago. This is ridiculous. They should fix our phones. We have given them two valid credit cards to use.  They have played games with me for a month and have keep my property and my credit card numbers for a month.
