that using anything other than straight grades would denote a level of precision that is not consistently maintained throughout the world.  Most credential services use the same whole letter grading system as ECE.ECE is a non-profit service and a founding member of NACES.  We have served over 3000 colleges, universities and licensing boards for more than 35 years.  Our philosophies and practices are based on thorough research and knowledge of comparative education, making ECE one of the most trusted credentialing services.You state in your complaint that you have found another service who will use a different method and provide a different result for you.  If you would like to return the report we prepared for you, we are more than willing to provide you with a complete refund.Again, thank you for allowing us to address your concerns.Sincerely

We apologize for your misunderstanding.  ECE has never offered unlimited access to our reports.   Our obligation when you ordered a report was to provide you with that report, which we did.  At the time you ordered, our policy was to allow the purchase of copies for 10 years, subject to change.  Our new policy now allows for the purchase of copies for 5 years from date of issue.Since your report is 8 years old, you have received several notifications from us about the change.You may check with the institution to which you wish to apply.  It is up to each institution to decide whether or not the report must be sent directly from ECE.  In the event that in the next two years you need a report to be sent directly from ECE, you are correct in that you will need to reapply.If you do not wish to use the coupon that we are offering now, I am happy to add a coupon to your account for future use with a new report.Thank you for your understanding.
