And by email on April 7th at 2:38PM and has not received a reply from the customer.They inquired with her to offer her a refund of the $as she prefers not to receive a voucher.As they have not heard from her and we have received this notice, we will go ahead and authorize the refund this time.We do apologize for the issues that were experienced and we can assure you that this is not a usual issue with our direct promotions.Best of Health,***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey state it was sent out on Tuesday, but the fact of the matter remains that it did not start traveling until Wednesday night. Thus it wasn't delivered until Saturday*** has Standard FedEX shipping as well, and it is the same amount of money as $5.95, but *** has it delivered within days, i.e.: I place the order on Sunday night/Monday Morning, it's shipped the same day and is delivered the same week on Wednesday, days after the order was placed when I order from ***, now why doesn't LuckyVitamin do that?!
I have also ordered from ***sVitamins, and they sometimes ship from their Harrisburgh PA warehouse, but it too gets here a lot quicker than that of LuckyVitaminLuckyVitamin is claiming they had no hand in "purposely" holding the package, but I think they did since ***, ***, and *** have no problem getting their packages delivered to days after the placement of the order, espwhen posted on a Sunday night.
And, the same can be said for July 4th, Which LuckyVitamin's package did not arrive until Tuesday the following week, when on the site it stated "Ships today - guaranteed" and I placed the order for this July 5th On Tuesday, when it was guaranteed to be shipped Tuesday July 5th, and it was not, it wasn't shipped until Thursday and didn't get here 'til Wednesday the following weekIf this is how LuckyVitamin is going to conduct their business and yet offer a bunch of ** with PoshMark and the person having to spend $in order to get free shipping while having it delivered in days, then they can keep whatever "beatable" pricing they have. And I'll just stick with buying the one item every months, or I'll find some other digestive enzyme with VitaminU.

Contrary to the Lucky Vitamin response, I have indeed contacted my local postal serviceThey could not track "my package" without a specific tracking number that begins with two letters, contains nine numbers, and ends with the letters U and SDespite having asked for this number on October, no one from the aforementioned company has provided me with one, let alone provided me with a response that addresses that specific requestIt has now been days since I placed my order and days since I requested an appropriate tracking numberI am beginning to doubt the veracity of the company's claims and wondering if their delivery methods are up to standardsI also doubt the efficacy of their labeling system since DHL provided an incomplete address in their latest correspondenceBoth delivery standards and labeling problems are the responsibility of the company and I hold them responsible for the non-delivery of "my package".

We do apologize for any confusion and issues regarding the single bar vs box purchase offerings on
amazon
At
LuckyVitamin we offer the customer to purchase most bars at the single/each option with the
availability to save even more when they order a larger quantityThe single bar information is provided
to amazonhowever amazon goes thru and matches similar items to other offerings and can make
changes they think it’s a matchUnfortunately, they do this on their own and it is not the exact same
offer (single bar/box package)When they make these changes we are not notifiedThe bigger issue is
although they make changes to the item itself, they are not making changes to the pricing, so when the
item is changed by amazon to a box item, it still appears at the single bar price
As LuckyVitamin does not have available the offer of the box of bars and are selling a single bar at a
single baprice, we were unable to satisfy the customer with amazon’s offerThis complaint needs to
be taken up with amazon instead of LuckyVitamin.com
LuckyVitamin did suggest a couple of different ways to help satisfy the customer by refunding the
custorner in full for the single bar cost with no need for customer to return the product or to purchase
the additional quantity of bars with the additional quantity savings price and no additional ground
shipping
We do apologize for the incorrect advertising by amazon and have done what we can to assist the
customer with the inconvenience and to get the quantity of product they originally wanted to order

*** *** Their claim that they denied to match a major sellers online price NEVER mentioned that *** or one of ***s partners were NOT a qualifying vendor(Why should they not consider them to be?) Their exact statement to me was "We will only reduce our price by 10%." Their reasoning to me (that was repeated times) for refusing to match the price, was that they "can only go down 10%." That is the clear information that SHOULD be listed in their price matching GUARANTEEIt is currently a misleading, untruthful and deceptive policy to have consumers believe that they can willingly call them in good faith to give them our business, only to have it turned down in an attempt to have us pay a greater than fair price

The response that Lucky Vitamin provided is simply a way for them to back out and pass the blame on to someone else When I placed my order, the order clearly stated that it was for count of 4oz pouches Lucky vitamin is claiming that they are unable to send me the remaining pouches because they "do not have them" but then again is offering to sell them to me?!?! How does this even make sense They have the ability to send me the remaining portion of my order and it is clearly their responsibility as the seller of the item to provide me with the item I purchased

We have tried to contact the customer on 5/26/to provide a return for the products they received and no longer wantedWe offered a refund for
the product and the return shipping charges as well as offered sending a return label directly for the return packageAt this time we have not heard back from the customer.In regards to their settlement request;1) We are in the process of upgrading our systems which will also update the status of the order to a more precise monitoring system.2) We have updated the working in the FAQ's for a better understand as we do try to provide as much information as possible on the web site.3) Unfortunately this department is unable to provide the statistics requested and orders are cancelled for many different reasons.4) LuckyVitamin does apologize for any inconvenience caused.While we do understand the frustration and especially while the customer made every attempt to cancel this order, the circumstances of the weekend schedule inhibited the processLuckyVitamin has extended customer service hours but as this service is in house and not out sourced, we do not run 24/However, the warehouse fulfillment does continue to process orders around the clock.We do feel the customer service representative could have handled this issue In a more professional manner and they have been retrained.LuckyVitamin does try to provide a great shopping experience along with the large selection and low prices of products and we do apologize this did not take place.Best of Health, ***
